I want to attack like a Ukyo Tachibana from Samurai Showdown!

Can this be accomplished with quickdraw? Basically I want to use a katana and sheath/unsheathe it between attacks. Essentially looking like a badass.

There is also the reason that my sword blade will have deeper darkness cast on it.

Sure, with quickdraw you can draw your katana as a free action, then attack with it as a standard action, and finally sheath it again as a move action. Repeat every round to look as badass as desired.

I believe the style is called iaido, but I don't think Pathfinder has any rules for it.

Some GMs allow quickdraw to also quicksheath, but it's not in the RAW. I figured it would be an option for the Samurai class, but didn't see it.

Can I full attack while sheathing/unsheathing if I don't take a 5 foot step?

There's also a samurai archetype that helps a little with this, the sword saint, here's a link

Possibly consider the feat Wave Strike

The sheathing is a move action; Quickdraw won't let you put it back fast again (though in theory you could have 5 swords and drop a sword (as a free action) at the end of every round.

If you skip the sheating, then yes, you can full attack. You can even take a 5-foot step at any point during the full round attack (if memory serves me right).

It's gimmicky, but I think Gun twirling with a pistol sword cane could be used for free action sheathing.

Bad news is that you get no advantage from it really, aside from looking quite badass. Even the Sword Saint and Kensai archetypes (which have Iaijutsu-like class features) don't really let you benefit from it more than once a round.

If your DM is fine with feats/skills from 3rd and 3.5 (honestly, if he wants martials with more off the wall skills he should), you can find the Iijustu focus skill from Oriental Adventures, as well as some fitting Book of Nine Swords maneuvers (Sapphire Nightmare Blade springs to mind).

EDIT:Also, I just had this scenario with his apple-cutter moves

"I throw the apple with a worm in it, when it lands in my threat range I get an AoO, and when I kill the worm I'm eligible for Cleaving Finish for an extra attack!"
