I haven't been able to find anything that specifically answers this so i thought I would check on the rule clarification of the following.
If a Magus took a 2 level dip into a Titan Mauler barbarian to pick up Jotugrup would you be able to use spell combat with a two handed weapon.
The weapon must be appropriately sized for her, and it is treated as one-handed when determining the effect of Power Attack, Strength bonus to damage, and the like.
The "and the like." part is very vague and I wasn't certain if this text means "and damage stuff" or if that means "This weapon is a one handed weapon for all rule purposes".
So I thought I would check on the exact details of this to see if my two handed slashing weapon would count as a one handed slashing weapon for the purposes of spell combat.

Spell combat or spellstrike? They're two separate things.
Spell combat requires "a light or one-handed weapon" in one hand and the other hand to be free. Does Jotungrip work with it? That depends on your interpretation of "and the like". I would say "yes", as it's the least ambiguous way to read the text without completely removing any meaning from "and the like". Otherwise, they might as well drop those three words. Note that the benefit isn't as awesome as you might hope since you aren't getting two-handed weapon bonuses, but hey, at least your dice are bigger.
Spellstrike doesn't require any of this--you just have to have a free hand to cast the spell and a weapon to deliver it.
So, yes, as I read it, both spell combat and spellstrike work with Jotungrip.

Yeah i realized i messed up and i meant spell combat.
Also if we interpret it as Yes then i have a 2nd part to this.
Would in theory you be able to 2h for attacking and 1h it for the casting/everything else.
Because it would be equipped one handed for qualifying for spell combat and would only be used in a two handed fashion for actual attacking? (considering switching hands is a free action) Or would this be against the rules of spell combat as you're no longer meeting the requirments to perform it while in the middle of performing it?

Conversely, if it meant only for those qualifiers, it would not say "and the like" at all.
It's ambiguous. It may even be purposely ambiguous to encourage GMs to adjust it as necessary for their own game. So expect some table variation on it.

For spell combat, no. Spell combat works like two-handed fighting, and unlike "normal" fighting you cannot change your general setup between attacks--you're wielding a "one-handed" weapon and a spell for the entire combat sequence.
Spellstrike, well, there have already been threads on the subject of using free-action grip changes to strike with a two-handed weapon as the free attack after casting. I read it as "yes", but a lot of others disagree.

I would allow you with Jotungrip to essentially treat the two-handed weapon as one-handed for the purpose of spell combat. It's ambiguous whether it's allowed, but since the weapon will be treated as one handed for power attack, strength to damage, etc the only benefit your getting is some larger damage dice in exchange for a penalty to hit. We could do the dpr calculation, I have a feeling it's not substantial.
However, whether or not you could two hand the weapon after you cast the spell using spell combat? The answer is definitely the same as whether you can two-hand wield a one-handed weapon (because you can do that to get better power attack and strength to damage). The answer however, I blieve, is no. The intention of Spell Combat is that the the off-hand is subsumed in the act of casting the spell. You can't use it do anything else.
