Serpent’s Fang on my Barbarian worth it?

Advice

I had a crazy idea the other day and I think it's not that crazy anymore.

Here is the idea, building a barbarian with 12 charisma (adding one point at level 8 for 13) to qualify for the Eldritch Heritage feat and grab myself a nice pair of Serpent’s Fang (Ex) via the Serpentine bloodline.

Pros:
-Poison scale nicely with my high constitution.
-I can sprout them as a FREE action.
-I can use them as part of a pouncing thanks to beast totem.
-I can use this natural attack as part of my regular full attack at -5 attack bonus.

Con:
-"cost" 2 feats, skill focus diplomacy and Eldritch Heritage
-"cost" me a bit of point buys to get the 12 Charisma + the ability score bonus at level 8.
-Cheesy to a certain degree.

So should I go this route? I want to build this insane barbarian with a neat snake thematic to it.
Any ideas of how I could capitalize my new found charisma + Diplomacy skills to build my character? Item suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your precious comments!

Your idea is totally possible, and if you want to pursue it as a theme, go for it.

On the other hand, if you don't want to invest so much (2 feats, 4+ ability buy points, and an ability bonus at level 8) you can buy Animal Fury for the cost of 1 rage power (or 1 feat) to get a bite attack.

Yeah the level scaling poison is what exited me about the idea.
But the animal fury totally works too!

Actually, Animal Fury then leads to the Hive totem abilities, in lauding a bite attack. Some might lament the loss of beast totem pounciness, but build to your concept and have fun with it.
