Beast Shape Question

Rules Questions

Now here is some questions I have regarding the beast shape format. When I use it, what about special things that animals get, such as:

Cheetah Sprint
Once per hour, a cheetah can move at 10 times its normal speed (500 feet) when it makes a charge.

Giant Hamster Cheek Pouch
A giant hamster can try to stuff a grabbed opponent of two sizes smaller than itself into its cheek pouch by making a successful grapple check. A creature stuffed into the giant hamster’s cheek pouch takes no damage, and can escape by making a successful DC 16 Strength check or can cut its way out by using a light slashing or piercing weapon to deal 10 points of damage to the cheek (AC 11). Once the creature exits, muscular action closes the hole; another trapped opponent must cut its own way out. A Large hamster’s cheek can hold 1 Small, 2 Tiny, or 8 Diminutive or smaller opponents. The check DC is Strength-based.

Giant Tortoise Shell
As a move action, a tortoise can pull its extremities and head into its shell. It can't move or attack as long as it remains in this state, but its armor bonus from natural armor increases by 4 as long as it does. It may end this state as a move action.

Those are just special things that only those animals receive. So are you able to have those abilities since they are what the animal have naturally when you transform into it? Or since Beast Shape does not go into anything like that it is not allowed, but DM's may or may not allow it kind of thing? I find myself curious on all of this.

In the CRB, in the Magic section under Polymorph, it says you do not gain all of the creature's abilities, only those listed by the spell in question and the ability to breathe as the creature would.

The Exchange Owner - D20 Hobbies

You get the natural weapons, speeds and the abilities listed in beast shape only.
