Just want to be sure this is correct. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Level 5 Tiefling Monk 4/Fighter 1
Weapon Focus (Natural Attack), Multi-Attack, Tiefling Tail Attack Feat (Custom GM Feat)
BaB 4
Str 18
Attack sequence +8(unarmed) +7(claw) +7(claw) +7(bite) +7(tail)
Damage, +4, +2 on the rest of the nat attacks
Is this correct?

You'd need Weapon Focus (bite), Weapon Focus (tail), and Weapon Focus (claw) in order to get a +1 to-hit with each type of natural weapon. There is no such thing as Weapon Focus (natural attack), unless your GM is creating it.
But, anywhom...
Unarmed Strike +8 (+4 BAB, +4 STR)
All Natural Attacks +6 (+4 BAB, +4 STR, -2 M-A)
And, yes, half Strength damage with the natural attacks.
If you pick up Two-Weapon Fighting you'd be at:
2x Unarmed Strike +6
All Natural Attacks +6

It might be better to give up the unarmed strike to take all your natural attacks as primary attacks, if they would be.
This is a very good consideration to make. Also, the OP didn't specify if he was using a Monk archetype - and it's important to note that you don't get to make Natural Attacks in addition to a "Flurry of Blows".
If you take all of the necessary feats (which includes "Feral Combat Training") you can use your Natural Attacks as part of a Flurry, but it still doesn't grant attacks over and above or in addition to your "Flurry of Blows".
But getting back to ShadowcatX's post above - if all of your natural attacks are primary natural attacks you are probably better off not using UAS or any other manufactured weapon in order to keep your attacks primary. That is, if "damage" is what your looking to accomplish with your full attack. If you just want to roll a bunch of dice do the TWF + natural attacks.

Far Away since last post:
Let me ask something:If I have an Half-Orc Barbarian with the Toothy trait + Lesser Beast Totem, I will get 3 Natural attacks.
I will accomplish the requirements for Multiattack?
I'm curious, what are you trying to accomplish with multiattack? Those are all primary attacks, so if you don't use anything else there's no point in multiattack. Judging by the thread subject though, you probably have something else planned. That being said, I'm pretty sure you can get multiattack, but keep in mind that if a feats requirements aren't met, the feat "turns off". That means that if you aren't raging you won't have 3 natural attacks and therefore won't have multiattack.
