I'm kinda new to PFS I have lvl 5 Rogues and i only know how to build for melee fighters, casters I'm just about clueless. So basically i want a divine blaster type character, I envisioned say an archangel coming down smiting EVERYONE and EVERYTHING caring little about whether their an ally or enemy (PFS Legal of course). So Buffs and heals to minimum type person like shes above it all.
I figured she would be probably be a Aasimar Mystic Theurge Cleric/Sorcerer with a bunch of holy sounding light spells. Essential im going for flavor rather than practically, but im open to any and all suggestions. Oh and one more thing could i even use the Precocious Apprentice feat( Complete Arcane, p. 181) to get to Mystic Theurge faster in PFS.

Precocious apprentice is definitely not pathfinder society legal. No 3.5 material is PFS legal -- not even all pathfinder material is PFS legal! You need to go back and read the society guide again to get an idea of what resources you're allowed to use.
Honestly, if you're new and have never played a spellcaster, don't try to make a mystic theurge. They're very complex for not much gain (or even a net loss). Just run a straight blaster sorc or oracle and you'll have a much better time of it.
If you're set on MT, run oracle/sorcerer for double CHA to casting. Make sure you get early entry into both parts of the equation. There's guides around that show you how to do this.

Flame mystery has several decent blast powers, as does the Winter mystery.
Honestly, you're going to be very unhappy trying to be a blaster as a Mystic Theurge. It may be doable at this point by hunting through every single splat book, but it's literally going to take you months of research and possibly hundreds of dollars buying relevant Additional Resources if you're new to the game as a whole, and you'll still probably going to be less capable than a straight class because you'll be, at best, a spell level behind everyone else.

Sorc/Palad is a good mix. I find Oracles are wierd as blasters but if you can find a mystery that works for you so be it. Mind you, oracles do get more in the way of special abilities.
Start as Pally for the PFS HPs etc.
Take it to level 2 for the saves.
Move to Sorcerer or oracle
It will take you to level 6 to get 2nd level spells so you will be behind the curve there. By level 7 pure sorcs/oracles will be getting level 3 spells while you will be only getting them at level 9.
Thats MOST of your career as a pathfinder.
Dragon Disciple works for if you go the Sorc route to buff HPs and stats but will keep you off the curve for a bit. Not sure if it fits the Fist of God blaster thing you are thinking of though.

Heavens oracle is all kinds of fun. Subtract your Cha modifier from their HD before you see if things like color spray affect them. To qualify, make sure you have a racial spell like ability that is a 2nd level divine or arcane spell, and take one level in whichever racial you have, 4 in the other (2 if you can get a mystery that gives you a SLA). Then Mystic Theurge.

I have these three options
Negative channeler Cl 8, holy vind 4
The urge S1, cl 2, Mys the 1
Freeze s1, Cl 5
Of the three the theurge has most options, Freeze will do damage with medium options, and negative channeler is the most consistent damage w least options. I didn't go blaster w theurge but it could be done.
Most consistent damage - no energy resistance except to undead which I took command undead. Freeze has draconic bloodline and eventually steam caster to increase his fireball effectiveness. Preferred spell and magical lineage improve his fireball. Then elemental bloodline to turn fire to cold.
If you go theurge you give up channeling as a main healing ability. You gain the ability to use spectral hand and theurgery. Depends on your choice.

If you're taking the Flame mystery, don't forget to dip Crossblooded Draconic (gold/red)/Orc or Draconic (gold/red)/Primal (fire) sorcerer for +2 to each fire damage die rolled. Gnomes are a silly race but it's hard to ignore the Pyromaniac alternate racial trait for +1 caster level to all fire spells and flame mystery revelations. The Gifted Adept trait will give a +1 trait bonus to one spell and Spell Specializion an adjustable +2. Enhance your spells with metamagic and don't forget to reduce the adjusted cost with feats like Magical Lineage and Metamagic Master (Wayang Spellhunter).
Also, feats like Fire God's Blessing heal you 1 hit point/round if you deal fire damage to an enemy (I sense a little cheese with the Elemental bloodline and Acid Splash), and Glorious Heat heals an ally (you count as your own ally) equal to half your level each time you cast a divine fire spell. Suck it, non-errata printers :p

if you want to be like an archangel coming down bringing destruction, Aasimar is a good place to start- they have a racial feat for wings (though that won't come online until the very end of your PFS career), and another one for light based SLAs (but it limits you to the base aasimar). or a celestial sorcerer gets a bunch of angelic stuff as they level and could focus on blasting.
there are a couple of ways you can build an effective Mystic Theurge, but I immediately wonder what you hope to gain from it? for what it sounds like you're looking for i'd suggest one of the following:
- an aasimar blackened flame oracle: angelic stuff from race, plenty of blasting (mostly all fire though), tougher than sorc and can cast in armor.
- an aasimar sorcerer: pretty much any blasting bloodline, angelic stuff from race, lots of blasting potential.
- non-aasimar celestial sorcerer: angelic stuff from bloodline, focus spell selection and feats for blasting.

The Heavens oracle seems interesting, and the reason i mentioned Mystic Theurge because i figure i would had to multi class but that doesnt seem to be the case. Also there must not be that many Light damage spells like searing light for example, because everyone are basically mentioning flame spells and such but that's workable i could be a Peri-Blooded Aasimar.

Heavens / Flame / Winter are good offensive mysteries. Haunted or Blackened Curse give you more blasting options. Or you can pick any mystery with an Ancient Lorekeeper if you are an Elf or Half-Elf.
Alternately, A cleric with with the Theologian Archetype and an offensive domain like Flame can be an effective blaster.
Storm Druids can do a decent job as well.
