What particular mechanics are you looking for? Magus adds their weapon damage to it, there are rods that are weapon like that augment magic, staves can cast for you but they can be kind of bleh mechanically. Spellstoring can hold a spell and release it when it strikes an opponent. Arcane bond is required for spells if you take one and it can be a weapon, but it won't actually augment your spells so much as give you a dependency.
In general though, pathfinder doesn't like their mages to wield weapons, or anything in their hand even when they cast spells.

The idea I have is a character swings a two-handed weapon, dealing strength damage, while unleashing a touch spell through the weapon.
Ex:
Becka swings a scythe and nails a goblin in the foot.
She then rolls 2d4+str, and the goblin has to make a DC 15 fortitude save or be drained of 1 strength and an additional 1d6 damage.
-end of example-
*The above example is just that; an example. For all I care, Becka could be swinging a masterwork spork that hits something with shocking grasp. All I want is for a character to deal weapon damage, strength damage, and cast a spell through the weapon, while being a wizard.*
Again, I don't want to be a magus. Too often have I seen my friends play magi, and I'd like to try something different. Oh, and I'm perfectly fine with going the EK path, but I'd at least like to hit things with spells by 2nd or 3rd level.
That also means no enchantments on items. I'm looking for original class feature, alternate class feature, alternate racial trait, original racial trait, feats, or whatever might make this thing possible.

If you can get a claw or slam attack you can deliver many touch attack spells via that.
A conductive weapon can deliver a school power though not a spell.
For a somewhat arguable interpretation - familiars can deliver touch spells for you. There's one improved familiar (raktavarna rakshasa) which can take the form of a one handed weapon. Your DM may be OK with using your familiar in the way you describe in this case.

Didn't even consider MT. Sounds tasty!

Mathius - I'll have to make a pirate wiz character at some point...sounds like fun. :D
Avr - A familiar as a weapon...that'd be like an arcane bond and a familiar all at once...heck, there's your new species of intelligent items. haha
Paulicus & BigDTBone - Though inflicting negative energy upon unsuspecting victims is fun, magus is still out of the question. Nice try, though. :D
Cyrad - Bro...you just gave me an idear...

First, play a samsaran so that you actually get the spell - it's not on the wizard list.
Get the heirloom weapon trait for a reach weapon. Get the Combat Reflexes feat. Learn Enlarge Person. You're a wizard with a racial Con penalty, 5' from your enemies is not a nice place to be. The Teleportation subschool sounds like a nice one to specialise in.
Eldritch Knight is a PrC to aim for.
Eventually you're going to want to get Craft Wand, Craft Staff, and Staff-like Wand when they become available.

If you have access to Inner Sea Gods you could always take the Deific Obedience feat and worship Nethys.
One of the boons that you get allows you to channel a spell through a staff. Sounds like it's exactly what you're looking for.
It would also give you the option of making the staff spell storing and throwing out a little extra bit of boom with your bang!

A battle cleric or Sorcerer could make good use of a Spell Storing weapon. Put it on a longspear for maximum damage. This does exactly what you describe, but only once. After the spell discharges you must again cast it into the weapon. The obvious go-to spell is Cause Serious Wounds for 3d8+level damage, save for half. My battle cleric considered this, but decided that Grayflame was a better option.
Don't try this with a Wizard.
Is there a way to gain a 1st level arcane spell from a different class than wizard, without going samsaran?
There are quite a few methods, none of them cheap. What did you have in mind?

Or just transform it and then use it as a weapon...
