A couple of questions:
Will the 5 resistance stack with a Sorcerer of Elemental bloodline (Air) already existing 10 resistance?
For the teleport anywhere to the target area of a spell cast: I suppose this is really only useful if you do something with an AOE and can still be outside of melee range? My sorcerer is basically built to stay the heck out of melee. I'm not too sure my sorcerer would find a need to use that benefit too often if he's already well situated in the battle lines.
Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure resistance doesn't stack. But as long as you have an area of effect for the spell, you can teleport there.
Elemental resistances ("resistance" type in fact) don't stack unless explicitly specified (very rare).
But for 12k, you also get a cool short distance teleport effect 1/day, one you can use with a lightning bolt at level 5 or 6 (depending on your class).
"Blast and move" effect. Technically it might not be OP but that's still very cool RP effect :-)
