Can't find about the first one in the PRD, maybe a Chronicle or Companion book did release something like that. But you can be interested by the "intimidating prowess" feat that ADD your strength bonus to your charisma bonus on intimidation.
Couldn't find a trait for CHA on spellcraft. But I can give you another advice: Masterwork tools for crafting your magic items (50 Gp), giving a +2 on spellcraft in that particular task, great way to get some easy points. Some GM can ask for a set of those tools for each specific type of magic item (weapon/armor, rings, etc...). You can find it here.

Keep in mind that replacing a stat by another is pretty strong, traits are usually +1 to +2 bonuses, and replacing stats are more likely specific class abilities.
#1 Its not a trait, but a feat:
Intimidating Prowess
#2 Traits:
There are a bunch that gives from +1 to +2
Feats:
- Cooperative crafting gives +2 on craft or spellcraft when working together with someone.
- Magical Aptitude gives +2 spellcraft and Use Magic Device checks.
