We were looking at this today while in session. I'm curious how this plays out. What is ruling for PFS? Are these Bloodline Arcana complimentary or independent if your are a Crossblooded Archetype.
Serpentine
----------
Bloodline Arcana: Your powers of compulsion can affect even bestial creatures. Whenever you cast a mind-affecting or language-dependent spell, it affects animals, magical beasts, and monstrous humanoids as if they were humanoids who understood your language.
Undead
------
Bloodline Arcana: Some undead are susceptible to your mind-affecting spells. Corporeal undead that were once humanoids are treated as humanoids for the purposes of determining which spells affect them.
If Serpentine Arcana treats animals, magical beasts, and monsterous humanoids as humanoids will their undead counterparts be affected by the Undead Arcana?

I think he means saying no to using the combo to hit undead animals and the like.

Ahh, if so, I apologize for misunderstanding.
I still do not think there should be any table variation. As others have stated, the Undead Bloodline's ability specifically limits itself to undead humanoids.
An undead cat is no longer an Animal, but rather is Undead. The Serpent Bloodline simply does not apply - regardless of whether the creature was a valid target before animation.

This really takes off when you combine it with things like Dirge Bard and the Controller. Also this Heaven's Oracle ability...
Your phantasmagoric displays accurately model the mysteries of the night sky, dumbfounding all who behold them. Each creature affected by your illusion (pattern) spells is treated as if its total number of Hit Dice were equal to its number of Hit Dice minus your Charisma modifier (if positive).
In theory, you could, expensively, dip 3 levels in Sorcerer/Wizard/Oracle, and then Dirge Bard for the rest of your career. You would be able to enchant, charm and otherwise manipulate almost everything you come across. There will be a few exceptions, but you're probably the most effective character of that type your table will ever meet. (Honestly you can drop the Heaven's Oracle, it's more of a cherry on top to Color Spray the Lich King.)

Actually... strangely enough crossblooded Serpentine/fey(+2 compulsions) 1/Dirge bard x is my PFS character. Sleep on a room of skeletons and charm person on a giant crocodile in the 2-3 level range of scenarios made my GM just throw up his hands.
Also, being able to Blistering invective and give shaken to a room full of ghast/ghouls made a serious difference later.
Oppressive Boredom, Cacophonous Call, all kinds of shutdown spells become viable... for anything but oozes and vermin.
Pick up a Sorcerer's Robe for 5k and drop the fey bloodline laughing touch on a target of your spells 3/day for even more awesomesauce.
