I've played or run through several paths and the thing I learned is that none of them are good for rotating GMs. the is just to much spoilers and refrences in each book. If you can only read on book you will miss out on reasonings behide a NPC actions and descover the plot of another NPC. It doesn't work well :(

I've only done it as a player, and only about halfway, but I would think Carrion Crown would work well enough. It follows a central plot, but each book seems largely self-contained.
Like I said though, this is just my impression from playing them (ergo I haven't actually read the books). It is also possible that my DM's particular style or whatever is what has given me this impression.

How often are you rotating - once for each of the 6 sections? If so, Kingmaker wouldn't be bad - there's an overarching villain but she's the type that likes to enchant random dudes to do her bidding, so each part is pretty self-contained. The main sense of continuity comes from building up your kingdom sandbox-style, which is something that's essentially run by the players anyway.

Keep in mind that each volume of an ap has significant spoilers for hte next volumes. So the dm from book 1 will know things they normally should not in book 2-6. At that point you sort of lose some of the experience of the adventure path because the discovery and mystery is gone. If its just 2 dms rotating back and forth it might work, but if everyone or most of the group is getting in on dming, an adventure path isnt the way to go.
