Generation School - Wind Servant

Advice

Wind Servant reads:

"As a standard action, you can generate a blast of air that hurls an unattended object (or objects) or an object in your possession up to 30 feet in a straight line. If you have a free hand, you can catch an object hurled toward yourself. You can move objects weighing up to 1 pound per wizard level. Objects are not thrown with enough force to cause damage, although fragile objects like alchemical weapons shatter on contact with a creature or hard surface. To hit a creature with an object, you must succeed at a ranged touch attack. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier."

I'm assuming that I can't throw multiple objects in my possession, but I'm also assuming that there are a number of ways to make objects unattended really easily. Can anybody help me think of some?

I'd like to use this to toss wizard level number of acid flasks a turn.

The obvious way is to place a handbag full of flasks at your feet. Voila, unattended. If this may take more actions than you have available then give a familiar or unseen servant the bag before combat and have them place it on the ground.

disarm from a friend lets you grab the weapon

grease cast on an object could cause it to be dropped

the emptied bag of flasks would work

The question is, if it takes a standard action to use this, how are you going to toss more than 1 object?

It takes a standard action to toss a single attended object or an unspecified (but plural) number of unattended objects. In either case the total weight of thrown objects can not surpass (wizard level) pounds.

Alchemical splash weapons tend to weigh a pound. So, one level of alchemist for throw anything, X number of wizard levels, and bam, fireball level of damage a turn with no save.

The unseen servant thing sounds pretty good. I might try it out on a familiar, but right now he's holding an arrow catching tower shield and spamming total defense.

While this is certainly an entertaining thought, it would start to get extremely expensive to be tossing 10 vials of alchemist fire every round (at 10th lvl). That's 200 gp per turn! Adds up over time.

Anyway, the Pilfering Hand spell will let you make an object unattended if you want it to (that aside, it's an extremely badass spell when used properly).

In PFS (Where I'm playing this) a level of alchemist reduces the cost of alchemical items to 1/3rd base price. With this in mind, acid flasks go for 3gp each. It's about as expensive as a gunslinger (after you take into consideration everything is AoE damage). Plus crafting gives sick day job bonuses.

Try it out if you want.

Pilfering hand seems to be a one use single target spell. I don't want to waste action economy to pull off the flask combo.
