I've been accused of failing to read today, but I think in this case I'm reading but failing to comprehend.
So Eldrich Heritage grants you access to one level one bloodline power at your level -2. Improved Eldrich Heritage grants you access to a 3rd or 9th level power at your level -2 and may be taken twice. Greater Eldrich Heritage grants you access to a Level 15 power and now your level for all your powers is your level.
But Eldrich Heritage (Mythic) seems to read that now your level for your level one power is your level, and you gain access to the rest of the bloodline powers at level -2? So if you burn a mythic feat, you basically gain a slightly weaker version of the Improved/Greater feats, am I reading that right?

I haven't fully digested the Mythic rules but my understanding was that you need to have the non-mythic version of the feat before you can take the mythic feat - and that mythic feats are fairly limited (I think you only get 5 of them if you gain 10 mythic levels?).
So it is still very good - but really only replacing 2 other feats and boosting one feat you already have. Which does make it exceptionally good for a character that might not qualify for the improved or greater eldrich heritage feats (too low of a CHA for example).
If I'm reading it correctly you would also gain ALL of the bloodline feats - not just the choice of one feat made when you would take Improved Eldrich Heritage (i.e. either the level 3 or the level 9 feat but not both) so that is in the case of many bloodlines rather good as well - certainly makes for a very strong feat even for a mythic feat.
(but it is also worth noting that since mostly it is granting non-mythic powers it is strong but not likely totally broken - yes the mythic character that takes this would have a few new tricks/defenses - more so than from most other feats) but this is a mythic character we are talking about so as a GM I wouldn't be too worried.
(as a player I'm already thinking about how this might allow for some really cool and flavorful builds - a mythic character with a bunch of nifty bloodline powers that complement a non-caster class... but likely a character who's mythic power and origin may be tied up with his "bloodline".

As Rycaut states, it replaces three feats--IEH twice, and GEH once. You must already have EH in order to take its mythic version. Once you have both, you get all of the bloodline powers that a sorcerer of two levels lower would get (along with the basic power at your actual level).
Compared to other mythic feats, it's a "nice to have", especially if your Charisma isn't sufficient to qualify for the higher feats, but only average compared to things like Mythic Vital Strike or Extra Path Ability.
