I just received my newest Adventure Deck and when I was looking at the cards I noticed there are some issues with the printing quality. Some of the cards have obvious flaws because you can compare them to an identical card with better printing. I contacted customer service a few days ago but have not heard anything yet. Has anyone else had this problem? Does Paizo have a history of replacing these cards?

I'm not sure. Customer service seems pretty good. They are usually very quick on the phone, but seem a bit slower by email (they probably get way more emails than phone calls). So if you want a quick response calling might help.
What in particular was wrong with the cards? And which cards did it affect?

Did your adventure deck 4 come with a box that has the opening flap on the side or on the top? If it's on the side, it's second printing. Second printing cards were done at a printer in the US versus the original printing being done in China, and there are variations in color and in card size.
Being a cooperative game, it shouldn't really matter to gameplay. It may bother perfectionists (I get over it) but it's not like this is a competitive MtG tournament with money on the line or anything.

Greetings Mike,
I just checked our inbox and I see your email, I'll try to have a response to you shortly. :)

Thanks to everyone who responded. I received the cards as part of the subscription and was just wondering if anyone had good things to say about customer service. about 8-10 of the cards are blurry and dark and I was just wondering if they had experience with this problem. It looks like Paizo is on the ball and hopefully I will have good things to say about my customer service experience. Love the game and was very happy to see the new deck arrive.

I have the same issue, i am not complaining just confirming. i can read everything on my cards so i am good with mine and it gives it character. My Harpy Monks for example some are the right colors and some look like they got left under the black too long.
Some of the words look bolder, and some are smudged a bit.

I want to update my experience with Paizo. They handled everything very well. Not only did the send replacement cards, I received a personal email from their customer service department letting me know that the problem with the cards is wide spread. They were not able to replace all the cards as their supply also has printing issues but the stated that if these are not satisfactory they will fix the problem when they have a larger supply. Like some of you have stated, the cards are usable so I am fine with the replacements I did receive. Since the cards are not part of the everyday play of the game I will not attempt to get the others replaced. Long story short, Paizo is an excellent company to deal with and I look forward to purchasing future products from them.

I've actually noticed something on my 3rd party's trip through AP4, and it is actually the worst card goof to have. The Henchmen and Villain cards borders on the back (so the solid edge) is darker than every other card in the game, including the other AP4 cards. The center orange/yellowish part is the same color as a lot of the others. I'm wondering if anyone else has run across this? It's taken this long honestly because I am soloing my 5 and 2 6-character parties through so I don't have the mental capacity to look at the backs much at all. However, my 2 3-character parties won't cause as much mental strain so I'm afraid I'll have an advantage.
This is with the China-made cards too (box opens on top).
