There is a third person feat called mythical healer that adds bonuses to healing spells (not static bonuses) but I'd be wary with it because when used with effects that have a low healing rider on top it can become somewhat silly.
But as written that works, so allowing the feat at all makes it possible to abuse it.
Example of abuse (subjective):
Fire half orc oracle level 5 with burning magic, glorious heat and fire god's blessing. When he casts burning hands (1st level spell) on some enemies and at least one is hurt he deals his damage, heals himself for 1d6+1 (fire god's blessing), heals an ally for 1d6+1 (glorious heat) and has the chance that the enemy starts burning for 1d4 rounds which would then heal him again for 1d6+1 for each of those 1d4 rounds. All with a casting of one spell.
Example 2:
A necromancy (life) wizard level 5 with this feat can, with each of his spells cast heal one affected target for 1d6+spell level in addition to the spell's normal effect.
Both could be combined so that hitting an ally with a area fire spell doesn't hurt that much.

There are a few things... but then, these are generally very specific:
Reward of life (feat, YOU heal your CHA bonus when healing others, only for lay on hands)
Fey foundling (feat, adds 2 HP per damage die when YOU are healed, feat can only be selected at 1st level)
Healer's touch (achievement feat, allows you to treat all heal spells to others as maximized)
There aint much to be honest.

Fast healer is another option. Has a pretty big feat tax, and only affects yourself.
Fast Healer
You benefit greatly from your healing, be it from spells or natural healing.Prerequisites: Con 13, Diehard, Endurance.
Benefit: When you regain hit points by resting or through magical healing, you recover additional hit points equal to half your Constitution modifier (minimum +1).
Gets better the more con you have. Not really optimal, but it is an option.

For personal healing there is a wayfinder ability similar to fey foundling but is cure spell specific

Number 34 on the chart.
There are also two options out of chronicles of the righteous. A feat called celestial obedience (choosing lymnieris) and a character option called rituals of mortification, specifically the ritual of blood. Both of these affect cure spells only but it doesn't matter who the target is, where as fey foundling and the wayfinder both affect you only.

Hi folks,
Just looking for ways to add static bonuses to healing spells. The special caveat is that it cannot be adding CL (character level).
Thanks!
Celestial Totem, Lesser (Su)
= heals a number of additional points equal to the class level of the character performing the magical healing.

There was a 3.5 feat called Augment Healing that allowed you to add 2 times the spells level to the amount of healing you did with that spell. So Cure Light would have an additional +2 healed over and above normal, Mass Cure Light would do +10 extra healed to each target, etc.
It only applied to conjuration healing spells.
Maybe your ref would allow it as a home brew feat or allow it from the 3.5 source if your using any.

Where is Healer's Touch? I can't seem to find it.
The Oracle of Life in my home game is currently going for this. A few tips:
a: Since damage dealt counts against your damage healed for qualifying, make sure to pack some non-damaging debuffs so you have something to do on rounds when everyone is at full hp and fully buffed.
b: It only counts healing done by spell, so channeling isn't going to help.
c: The feat lists points of healing, not necessarily hit point Damage. Ask your GM if you can count ability damage as well, through various forms of restoration.

If you are allowing 3.5 stuff, the HEaling Reserve feat might be what you want.
Cure a number of hit points equal to 2x the highest level Cure spell you have currently in memory by touch. The maximum amount you can heal someone to is 1/2 their maximum hit points.
Basically a slow but steady way of bringing people up to at least better then walking wounded, and conserves on the real healing spells.
