Suggestions for Mythic Alchemist?

Advice

Just fishing for ideas for a Mythic Alchemist for a WoTR game. Planning on trickster path and Alchemist seems to be out in the cold some.

Trickster path?

Fleet charge: Extra attack, and more importantly the increase in mobility.

- Assured Drinker is very good for a self-buffing alchemist.
- Enhance Magic Items can/should work with your potions.
- Path Dabbling can get you something out there somewhere. Delay this until later if you want the 3rd/6th tier abilities from other classes.
- Mythic Spellcasting applies to alchemist stuff, IIRC.
- Mirror Dodge is amazing. A must-have.
- Enduring Elixir for all-day potions.

Those should all be useful on a brief look-see.

You could go bomber alchemist pick up mythic far shot and combine with limitless range from the champion path to be able to lob bombs an unlimited range touch attack splash weapon for 1 mp. Talk about carpet bombing the next city over lol, and works with any ranged or thrown.

My Beastmorph Vivisectionist went Trickster, (in no order, and using Path Dabbling to borrow out mostly from Guardian) assured drinker, vanishing move, shadow stealth, fast healing, fast healing... Got obliterated before hit tier 6 though, although it was a toss up between Invincible Stand (he was the only melee combatant in the party, and had to cover a large variety of roles) or Enduring Elixer. Path Dabbling was my friend...

Assured Drinker was used insanely often. Would have used Fleet charge a lot, except had invested into the Eldritch heritage feat chain to grab DD and invested in the Dimensional Assault chain, and rarely felt he needed it. Would have helped a bomb-throwing alchemist though.

Yeah an alchemist can do a lot of different things, I had an concept for a mindchemist vivisectionist that uses holy water on demons. Big intellect for more dmg and lots of crafting bonus. I just liked the idea of taking the hurler champion ablitiy and chunk casts of holy water at the big evil guy.

Note: I never did the math on how much holy water can fit in a medium character sized keg, or bigger but I'm thinking it's a good bit.

Note: I actually just don't like the bomb ability and that's the reason for vivisectionist.

Thanks for the suggestions. The PC I am using is bomb focused and uses infusions for support.

Silver Crusade

If it helps, my guide has a mythic section, although I think if I get the drive later today, I'll add feats to it too since I finally have the space to work with that I needed.

As an aside, I'm glad to see a lot of my perceptions about the power of certain things was quite spot on.

That's a good start for some more suggestions. I would definitely go high intelligence with dex second since splash weapons are touch attacks. There's a guide around here somewhere about mundane items and I'd find that and give it a good once over. I'd probably say go for point blank and precise feats quickly then you'd be able to branch out. Do you know what your other party members look like? I like combos like you throw lamp oil then wizard sparks it, things like that are cheap and next to no high value resources are loss.

I'd like to see how your build ends up and even how it performs.

Just looked over your guide and I think it's quite good. One thing about alchemist is I feel they get a lot out of dual path for mythic. Trickster base duel path whoever else and path dabble anything special.

Well that has the potential to be a pretty beast party later on but very light on defense in the early levels. Over all looks to be a fun party and opens up yourself to do pretty much whatever you want to do. I would be careful as a party till about level 3 then y'all will most likely turn into a combine, mowing through people in your way.
