Just as a thought experiment. I think I can get a bard 100 attacks in a single turn.

1. Use a rod of Quicken to cast Greater Bladed dash.
When you cast this spell, you immediately move up to 30 feet in a straight line any direction, momentarily leaving a multi-hued cascade of images behind you. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. You may make a single melee attack at your highest base attack bonus against any one creature you are adjacent to at any point along this 30 feet. You gain a circumstance bonus on your attack roll equal to your Intelligence or Charisma modifier, whichever is higher. You must end the bonus movement granted by this spell in an unoccupied square. If no such space is available along the trajectory, the spell fails. Despite the name, the spell works with any melee weapon.
Bladed Dash, Greater
School transmutation; Level bard 5, magus 5
This spell functions like bladed dash, save that you can make a single melee attack against every creature you pass during the 30 feet of your dash. You cannot attack an individual creature more than once with spell.
2. Use a Standard action to cast Greater Bladed dash.
3. Use a Hero Point to get another standard action to cast Greater Bladed Dash.
4. Have a Pathfinder Chronicler use his Inspire Action to grant a standard action. Cast Greater bladed Dash.
5. Have a bard use
Heroic Finale - You must have a bardic performance in effect to cast this spell. With a flourish, you immediately end the performance, and one creature within range affected by your bardic performance can make a move action or a standard action of their choice.
one more Greater Bladed Dash
Every time you cast Greater Bladed Dash you get 20 free attacks for a total of 100.
Now give your bard a Keen Wounding Rapier every hit does bleed, Laugh maniacally.

I wish that board setup would ever, ever happen. Stupid GM tactics right there.
The requirements to make it happen are extreme considered the investments needed to do so. (another two cooperative characters built for it((bard and PF Chronicler)), a Rod of Quicken, a Wounding Rapier) plus be using a relatively uncommon house rule/variant, i.e. Hero Points.
Good luck.

Still would be a fun character to play. Even without the chronicler and the hero point system, you're still doing Greater Bladed Dash three times. And even if the pattern of enemies like this doesn't happen, you would still do a lot of damage against a big group of dudes. Sure it's situational even for that, but you'd only really need to take that one spell for this. So if you ever had to fight a battle for example, this would be useful.
The problem however with this is that you would have drawn all the agro to yourself. So you'd have to do this in a way so that you know they'd all die from it. Or in a way that you'd be in a safe spot afterwards. Very risky move.
