Inquisitor built for the ultimate PFS character?

I love clerics and skill based characters. I'd like to build the best skill monkey/divine character possible for PFS. That's the metagaming part.

For the roleplaying part, I'd go grizzled Sargent as I usually GM so this character would only hit the table when I have a small party and they need a bit of help.

I have few ideas on how to build this person, but I'd like to hear what the Paizo boards think.

i know the advice boards are mostly for optimization, but from a more backstory/roleplaying angle have you considered an inquisalier (an inquisitor/cavalier)? you'd lose 2 skill points but gain 1-2 hp (per level), plus gain proficiency with martial weapons and heavy armor... more importantly, you'd gain the tactician ability- that just seems super appropriate for a grizzled Sergeant type, yelling orders to whip his undisciplined allies into shape. at 4th level (cav 1/inq 3) you'd have solo tactics and a second teamwork feat (both of which could be used solo, and one of which you could grant to alles). could be cool?

of course, if you're only gonna dip 1 level of cavalier the mount will be fairly useless... so either take the animal domain (to keep it scaling) or pick a cav archetype that gives up or delays mount (musketeer looks fun if its PFS legal, otherwise standard bearer).

Musketeer isn't PFS legal unfortunately.

We can't really help you optimize until you say what you want it to do.

Be "the best" at what?

Tank, 2HW, teamwork leader, scout, skill monkey, etc... ?

I agree with the others, it is unclear what exactly you want, but I'll toss some things out.

1) Take the Conversion Inquisition
2) Take the Infiltrator Archetype

These two things will allow CHA to be a complete dump stat, and use WIS for the social skills, and in some cases double tapping your WIS.

3) Don't waste skill points on the Heal skill. I figure you either want someone to live, or die. Take Stabilize and Bleed as 0 level spells, and use as appropriate, don't waste time with heal checks.

4) "Waste" a feat on heavy armor proficiency, and cap your DEX at 12.

So, now DEX is somewhat a dump stat, and CHA is completely one. You're not as MAD as you might have been.
