Technically impossibru I believe, but just quick and dirty math...
HD: .7*level+2 (round up)
BaB = 3/4 BaB (Rogue, Bard, Magus, etc. BaB adjusted for the weird HD increases).
Saves: Fort = Good, Ref = Good, Will = Bad (Essentially, Ranger progression)
Good progression is 2+1/2 level, Bad progression is 1/3 level.
Skills: +1 per HD.
Feats: As normal (at every odd HD).
Natural Armor Bonus: 3/4 HD.
Str/Dex Bonus: 1/3 level
Bonus Tricks: Roughly 1/3 level.

Yeah, I wouldn't count on playing this. I think it's clear that Animal Ally wasn't intended to work the way it does, and it would indeed be a dodgy reading of Horse Master to try to multiply the effective levels it grants. I would settle for less dubious tricks and make due with 30 something HD of animal companions.

What about the Elf/Aasimar's favoured class bonus on a Nature Oracle's Bonded Mount?
Character level 12, AC level 28
Animal Companion progression is straight-forward for most of the table.
HD = (AC level +2)x3/4 (round down) or
HD = equivalent of druid BAB for a druid 2 levels higher than the AC
Use the rules for animals in the bestiary.
BAB = 3/4 HD
Fort = 1/2 HD +2
Ref = 1/2 HD +2
Will = 1/3 HD
Skills = HD (unless Int = 10+)
Feats at every odd HD (same as everything with an Int score)
Ability Score Increase at every 4 HD (same as everything)
The rest
Natural Armor Bonus = 2x[1/3 AC level, rounded down]
Bonus Tricks = AC level/3 +1
Str/Dex bonus = AC level/3
All fractions are to be rounded down. All values are exact.
