Generally speaking, if someone chooses to play a Dhampir they should probably take a personal interest in ensuring they have a way to be healed, obviously you're a party and want to work together but it's supposed to be an issue for them, not something other players have to spend feats or levels getting around. Most usually this will result in them buying wands of inflict light or such to give to their healers, as to you getting the spells on your own list, there's not really a lot of options for a druid, other than those already suggested you might ask your GM to allow the Unsanctioned Knowledge feat to apply to you (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/unsanctioned-knowledge) or the Destruction Domain has Inflict Critical as a 4th level spell on it. Lacking that, perhaps a one level dip as Cleric, though all of these require quite an investment from you sadly.

On his end, there's the Life Dominant Soul feat. Strictly speaking it only works for channeled positive energy, but a friendly GM might alter it to allow the dhampir to heal half value from Cure spells.

Personally, I wouldn't put any character investment into specifically healing the Dhampir. It was a choice he made and he should have understood the drawbacks of doing so in the first place. Now, I don't mean you should ignore him completely. But rather, maybe the party should do as others have mentioned and invest in Wands of Infernal Healing or the player should invest in Wands of ILW.
