The closest I can find is the page of spell knowledge depending on if "has that spell on her class spell list" is emulatable with use magic device, dodgy at best.
Long story short. I'm looking for a way to let Mayim (My arcane duelist) cast shield and maybe some other buffs, without using wands ("I don't like too many accessories" she says)

Improved Eldritch Heritage (Arcane) adds two wizard / sorcerer spells to your list. Part of a three feat chain that will also snag you a +3/6 bonus to a skill and a familiar.
Edit: I don't actually know if that is PFS legal, sorry missed that part.
Oooh, I forgot about that. Won't do Mayim much good, (shame there's no 'wasp, giant' option for familiars) but good to remember for other builds.

This is legal in PFS.
The Paragon Surge trick is legal if you are a half elf although it isnt a bard spell so you would have to snag it as a Samsaran or UMD a wand/scroll.

I believe the Pathfinder Savant class from Seekers of Secrets can do this.
Also a Ring of Spell Knowledge II would work for shield.

If I were going to add spells to a class's list that doesn't have them, I would make it a rule that it would have to be one level higher than any class would normally be able to learn the spell.
In other words:
Fireball is listed as a "sorcerer/wizard 3" spell. I would make it a 4th level bard spell if one of my players wanted to be able to cast it. This also means that any 6th level spells would be out of reach for the bard class.

In PFS a Ring of Spell Knowledge cannot be used to gain a spell from a witch's patron list. Unless it appears on another arcane list somewhere that I've missed (and I'd love to be wrong on this one) Divine Favour is not allowed in the Ring.
Here's the quote from Mike Brock: Link
Shield is totally allowed in a Ring of Spell Knowledge II for a bard though.
