It depends a lot on the world/campaign setting you are playing in.
Depending on the setting, infernal dukes may or may not be considered deities for the purpose of spellcasting. There's been a lot of contradictory information printed about it, so the first thing is to check the information in the books for whatever setting you are playing in (if it is a published setting) or with your DM (if it is not). Actually, you should still check with your DM anyways.
Also, almost all* published campaign settings allow for clerics of a cause or concept, in which case the rules state you should work with your DM to pick appropriate domains. You could feasibly consider an archdevil a cause for a non-theistic cleric (for domains I'd probably recommend Evil and either Law or something related to the particular archdevil's realm).
Do note, however, that clerics without a deity are often mechanically weaker than clerics with deities--your domain choice may be heavily restricted by theme (in your case, to two relatively weak domains), and you lose access to deity-specific feats/traits/items/character options. It sounds like you are more interested in the concept/theme, though, so this shouldn't pose a problem for ya:)
In any case, ask your DM first.
*I only know of one exception, although a couple settings place much heavier penalties on clerics without deities.

:) thx for the input!
As for the Dm, she was wondering about the set guide lines of the infernal duke. We are running pathfinder gods in slumbering tsar (they just use different names ;))
I have the book called princes of darkness and it only mentions Ruzel name and his main concerns but I never really played a cleric that follows a patron before.

Here is Ruzel's. page at the pathfinder wiki. Unfortunately it only has portfolio and domains.
Taking the idea blasphemy have them mock other religions around their own holy days. Desecration of graves and bodies is another choice. Editing other peoples holy books. Steal a temples actual copy and replace the gods name and tiles with derogatory terms and then putting the book for extra. Or even just replace the verbs with "fart" and "poop" There is "humor". To go all out. Dress zombies up as either priests of other religions or even as the gods themselves. Then treat them like South Park treats, well everything. To be more evil sacrifise priest followers or creatures deemed holy of a religion in rituals that mock that religion.
