Huh, let's try this...
Durathna (pronounced Duh-rath-nuh) is one of the servants and demigods under Asmodeus' rule. Assigned to her are the duties of maintaining sin throughout the planes. Although phistophilai serve Asmodius, they ultimately report to her. Even though the other gods of the lower planes govern the seven sins, Durathna, over her millenia of existence, has achieved a small portion of control over each one.
History
Just as Durathna repairs the threads of sin, so did she forge the key to Rovagug's tomb. After she sacrificed the sin of sloth to create the key, Asmodeus infused it with a portion of his being so as to make Rovagug stew in his own sloth for eternity. Somehow, Rovagug found a means of reflecting the sin back upon his prison, creating a crack in it after many ages of imprisonment.
Relationships
The Prince of Darkness keeps Durathna as his personal mistress, but many times has she bewitched Gorum and other deities of similar mind into sinful action. On the material plane, she has few worshipers, but prefers to keep her existence partially hidden to morals for if her life was exposed, many an order of the goodly gods would seek her demise.
Besides the gods and demigods of Hell, the only god that knows of her existence is Gozreh. Although, Pharasma, for a few centuries, has found that a portion of the children birthed into the world are blocked from her vision. To further her defense against the goddess of death, Durathna has taught her followers to wear robes of other deities, but use her talismans during their time of worship.
Appearance
The Goddess
Rarely is art made in devotion to her since Durathna prefers the shadows to paint the worlds with sin. Though her forms include many races, she prefers the appearance of an elven maiden with hair the color of blood. If she really wants a man's attention, she'll appear as a succubus with white angelic wings and a voice that resembles a choir of profound harmony.
Church of Durathna
The Mother of Sin preaches the seven sins in their entirety. Followers of her order gain rank through the more sin they weave. So structured is this order that an individual must keep their own record of the deeds they have accomplished in her service. Durathna favors the endless suffering of a lost loved one, the wasting of a man whose given into his despair, and the wail of a child in despair. If a disciple is able to kidnap a child from a mother's arms and convert it to Durathna's influence, they are granted great power. All of these deeds must be done within the shadows of law, for in her view of the multiverse, the forces of the Abyss and Hell will surely fall apart.
Though her influence is great, her traces can never be followed. Behind every guild of thieves, behind every clerical order of sin that fuels one deity or another, behind even orphanages and sanctuaries lay the acolytes of her priesthood. Though rogues are the most common to worship her, fallen paladins and those blessed with oracle like powers give their lives to her as well. Followers of Durathna don the same adornments as those who follow Asmodeus, usually wielding a longsword. Preferring those with a martial affinity, the Mother of Sin focuses her recruiting on those who already know the steel of a blade, or may one day be fit enough to use it.
None of her temples are publicly known, and even if one is exposed, it is swiftly altered to the appearance of Asmodeus' rule. Often times, cellars, basements, chambers connected to sewers that have been rebuilt and cleansed, and various other locale are her bases of operation. Rundown mansions and ruins with lower floors are treasured for the false legends that hide the acolytes. Even vampires assist in the Sinful Queen for the protection she offers in accordance with their services.

The link worked for me, though the alignment in the link was listed as Lawful Good. I see you have it correct in the detailed post.
I think she looks fine. Should fit just fine into any campaign. If I was being critical, I would say she has too many domains though. You might have to lose War or Luck or both.
You might also want to point out any rivalries she has. If not an actual nemesis, at least a god or entity she's at odds with.
