My Kitsune bard has been bitten by a werewolf.
Since Kitsune are already technically considered lycanthropes what is the likely result?
The possiblities seem to be...
1. Immune. Already a natural lycanthrope.
2. Adds Wolf and Werewolf shapes to things she can change into at will. (This is my preference obviously) And I feel somewhat justified as she's invested in the Fox Shape and Realistic Likeness feats. Ie she's spent a lot of time mastering her shapeshifting.
3. Changes to an out of control werewolf at the full moon, the same as anyone else.
Thoughts?

... what makes you say Kitsune are considered lycanthropes? Their racial entry says nothing of the sort. No exceptions are made in the descriptions for either Kitsune nor lycanthropy, so ...

Shapechanger doesn't equal lycanthrope. #3
I would rule that the lycanthropic curse overrides the base form completely, and you just have a werewolf with no fox-features, just as I don't think a dwarf werewolf would have a beard, or the ears on an elf-werewolf would be exceptionally long and pointy.
So what does a formerly fox creature look like in his normal form?

Well, they are humanoids with the form of a anthropomorphic fox. That would have nothing to do with it's ability to change into other shapes. If a werewolf kitsune has the fox shape feat, nothing stops it from changing into a fox, then a wolf and then back to a human before a quick change into a anthropomorphic fox. (And then into a wolf hybrid)
