For more fun take Celestial Servant (full BAB and D10 per HD, some resistances, and smite evil 1/day. It gets spell resistance though, which hurts if another PC likes to buff you don't need to worry about it as no personal spells check SR). You can potentially add Scion of Humanity+Racial Heritage:(Dhampir) for Vampiric Companion (Fast Healing 5. How it stacks with Celestial Servant's type change isn't clear though.).
If you don't mind losing Tiger/Pounce, you can delay taking the Revelation and take Animal Ally first for crazy stacking (though you may cap at 20).

The Celestial Servant feat does not change the animal companions hit die. They get darkvision, some resistances, the ability to smite evil once a day and maybe some spell resistance. I am not sure about the last one.
You just apply the celestial creature template, not the half celestial template, from the prd.

For more added fun.
With his first stat, add to Int, for a 3. Now he can take any feat he qualifies for, anywhere.
I like the Additional Traits feat, personally. For my kitty I used Fate's Favored and Charger. I'm fond of casting Divine Power on him and watching him pounce from 100ft away with that extra +4 attack/damage to every one of his 7 attacks...

That is true... but the feat makes your AC a Magical Beast regardless
celestial template and becomes a magical beast

Yes which according to the ARG FAQ has pretty much near zero effect (other creatures cannot target it as an animal but you can). Basically it just renders your animal companion not a valid target for spells like animal growth and dominate animal cast by other creatures other than the caster.
"Celestial Servant: Does this change my companion creature's HD, saves, skill ranks for changing its creature type?
No. All it does is change the creature's type to "magical beast" (which makes it immune to abilities from other creatures which only affect animals) and give it the abilities of the celestial creature simple template (which does not change anything other than what is exactly specified in the template).

That really reads like a retcon (giving no rule based reasons), which is annoying, because there IS a way to shut it down without retcons, simply write something like instead
"No. While the HD provided by the Animal Companion class feature are similar to animal racial HD, they are not the same and are not effected by type changes."
