I mocked up a quick level 6 build, Barbarian 1/Brawler 5, and it's pretty beastly. Intimidating Prowess, Bleeding Attack, Boar Style, Power Attack and Boar Ferocity. He's got a 20 Strength and +1 Brawling armor. I gave him +1 Vicious "gloves", but he could just as easily have taken a Vicious Amulet of Mighty Fists and only lose one attack and damage. While raging, he ends up with +12/+12/+8 for 1d8+2d6+14 damage and 1d4 bleed damage, or a total of 3d8+6d6+42 damage and 1d4 bleed (or split the attacks up for 3d4 bleed), which can be bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage. If he hits with at least two attacks, he gets to deal an additional +2d6 damage (I'm assuming the "bleed damage" of Boar Style isn't actually meant to be bleed damage, because that's horribly broken) and can make an Intimidate check (which he's got a +22 with while raging) to demoralize that target as a free action.
He can only do that for 6 rounds per day at the moment... but still, that's six rounds of murderous death-punching. He also takes some damage from the Vicious weapon, but that fits well with his character (Olek Stonefist is a very reckless half-orc), and chances are whatever might hit him back is dead by the time he's finished the round anyway.
I'm trying to think of an interesting feat to replace Bleeding Attack, since it seems a little redundant given the damage he puts out. I want something a little more interesting than the standard "Oh look, another +number." type thing...
(Oh, and this isn't even considering what could be added in now and then with Martial Maneuvers... I almost forgot about that ability entirely.)
