Like Lightminder pointed out, you do have a few consistency problems to contend with.
1) Berated hair (as previously mentioned). I have no idea what you meant there. 'Barrette' maybe?
2) Korvosa is a monarchy, which means the son would have first claim to the throne. The only way for the daughter to become queen is for her to wed the son. The next closest possibility is to kill the son, wed a noble, and have her son lay claim to the throne. The last possibility would be for her to claim the crown by force and instill a law that there would be no king from that day forward. If her reign is long enough, it may stand.
3) The weapon master is most likely a much older man (at least 40+). A position such as that would normally be appointed to someone after years of military service. They would also most likely be very dedicated to the family. While the weapon master could, in a moment of weakness, consort with a 16 year old girl, the likelihood of doing so with the daughter of a King is pretty darn unlikely. He would know that he s putting his head on the chopping block.
4) If a tryst did happen, the weapon master would be stripped of his position, title, and lands and then he would be hung (quietly).
5) The daughter would not be exiled (as previously stated). As the daughter to the king, her first male child would be in line for the throne should anything happen to the son. To the king, despite the tryst, she would still be quite valuable to the throne. They would do anything they could to keep knowledge of the tryst from getting out.
6) If you STILL want the daughter to be exiled, she would also have her royal claim stripped. After all, why would they exile her and allow her to come back some time in the future to reclaim her royal station? the only way she should be able to reclaim her place in royalty would be to return with an army. Simply returning to claim what is 'rightfully' hers would not work since it is pretty much guaranteed she would not have the support of the nobles unless the current king (her father or brother) was so much of a brutal tyrant, that they are willing to risk their lives by committing treason.
And by the way, they whole daughter of the king and queen of Korvosa is pretty out there. Is this what your GM set you up with?

1)Sorry for the misspell the word its Braided.
2)The twin brother has an illness that is slowly killing him. In time he will be dead before he gets a chance to sit at the throne.3)I was a little harsh in the ideal. Your right how thing would had work out.
4)Good Idea here.
5)I needed her to become exiled in the story, I guess she made herself exiled do to the traumatize at a young age. Watching her first love is hung.
6)I would have to think about this one.
7)Yes, The GM wants her to be in the setting of the buildup story. The GM has plans for her

Monarchy is not by definition patrilinial. depending on culture, the throne may go to the firstborne regardless, there may be an election amount the morst powerful of the kingdom to determine who becomes hier at death of the previous monarch, ect.
As exiled royalty, you could play up the naivety and lack of worldy knowledge in the background. She may have been tricked, kidnapped, or otherwise end up in the starting area for your campaign not by choice.
You could play up the hard drinking royal by listing favorite brewers at every possible occasion.
I would suggest several npcs in the background who support your charactor for the throne well ahead of her brother, stepbrother, other rivals, ect.
my two copper from work.

Playing an exiled royal is a tricky one. You have to work with your GM on it, leaving room for your GM to fit it into the campaign.
Do you anticipate that your character will eventually try to reclaim their lost place? If so, the GM has to make room for this. Becoming the monarch of even a minor nation like Korvosa instantly creates a lot of power and influence for the character but also forces the character to work hard at maintaining control. This can kind of derail the campaign, unless other players also have similarly important backgrounds. The party is supposed to be a team - imagine if everybody in the party had such a background. Furthermore it significantly warps any adventure seeds that come from Korvosa, so if the GM wanted to do something with that city he has to adjust everything based on your character.
On the other hand, if your character never intends to return to the kingdom of her parents, then you should let the GM decide where it is. He will have an idea as to where the campaign will go and what places will be a part of it. Figure out what it is like rather than where it is and let the GM do the rest. It could easily be somewhere like the River Kingdoms, or off the map in Casmaron or Iobaria.
There is a system in Ultimate Campaign for running a kingdom. It isn't very good and it takes most of the RPG out of it but it can be a decent starting point.
You should consider the "Noble Scion" feat from the Inner Sea World Guide. It helps come up with a noble concept for your character. There are several options depending on the type of character you have. Also you probably want the leadership feat if you are ever getting your kingdom back.
Class type: Fighter (duel wield / two weapon fighting) 1st level.
Alignment: Chaotic Good
A chaotic character probably doesn't have a lot of respect for the institution of the monarchy, and she may wish to rule because "it's better to be on top" but a chaotic character will probably have a lot more fun undermining other monarchs than ruling herself.
Ability Score: Str: 14, Dex: 18 (need high dex), Con: 14, Int: 16, Wis: 16, Cha: 14 (base 12 then 25 points buy standard) I think I have counted it right?
I think you have this wrong. If you are starting from 12 then this is the same as a +2 across the board, which means it should be the equivalent of:
STR 12 - 2 pointsDEX 14 - 5 points (+2 human)
CON 12 - 2 points
INT 14 - 5 points
WIS 14 - 5 points
CHA 12 - 2 points
That's only 21 points. Unless you don't get the +2 for being human in which case you've spent 26 points.
Deity: Cayden Caileas
Likes: Wine, (do to her drinking problem)
Hobby: Swordplay and tournaments (to be the strongest female warrior and prove than can one day be queen in her life time)
Special skill: profession Brewer (base on the love drinking wine all the time)
BTW, if you want to make wine the skill would be "craft: vintner." A brewer makes beer, not wine. Traditionally, though, aristocrats do not work or take trades; other people do the work for them. You could try "profession: wine taster" which would be a suitable thing for an aristocrat and doesn't really require them to work.
One way to help yourself with your background is to spend your starting skill ranks and then come up with stories about how your character learned those skills.
Personality: Headstrong woman, who likes to do as she wants, but is also easily led to admire others around her.
Vengeance: during her youth in training with the royal Weapon Master. She found herself falling in love with the Master over the years. Her father the King found out later and beheaded the Weapon Master and force Leina to be exiled at the age of 16. And no longer to return back to the kingdom. This has her anger towards to her father. Hes has develop taste for wine to hind her pain for the lost of her love..
She has a Twin Brother: Vance
Your equipment isn't important to her background unless it is inherited.
Her relationship with her brother though is VERY important. Is he her enemy? Did he support her father in exiling her? Or is he a potential ally who might help her return? Does he see her as potential competition for the throne? These things you need to set up with your GM.

I have questions:
Also, with "braided blonde hair" you might rather consider coming from the "Land of the Linnorm Kings." There is a Norse nobility (and courtly graces), but there rank is much more "earned" so being an adventuring fighter would be much less of a problem.
Actually, if the was also an unmarried nobleman (or could be quietly made unmarried), the tryst would be seen as a solution if the son was sickly.
But, they your heroine might then need to flee if she did not want this marriage.

Here a little changes I have made. Please review.
Vengeance: during her youth in training with the royal Weapon Master. She found herself falling in love with the Master over the years. Her father the King found out later by the other noble men reported the affair was going. Then the king could not believe that his daughter and the loyal trusted weapon master having an affair. So the kings personally spy on the two. Once, the king saw from his own eyes. The King immediately call for the guards and arrested the Weapon Master. The decided to make example out the weapon master to show the people what happens to people who mistrust the kings loyal is broken. So the king had the weapon master hung (quietly) and force his daughter to watch the hanging. Leina could not believe what just happen and was so traumatize so fierce in Leina. She has developed so much vengeance towards the noble men guards that cause the death of her first love. Leina gather all her personal possession and gifts from the weapon master has given her from the years that given to her. She snuck back to the weapon master chambers to grab anything that belong to the weapon master and the secretly hinted survival gear and special weapons belong to the weapon master. Before Leina could run off she was blocked by two Noblemen guards. She yell “move or die” so the guards did not move. Leina scream so load and said “I will never forget what you did”. At the same and saw her father the king from the distant. Just before the single strike on to the two guards while staring at the king. She took that one strike into the guards by one strike like cleaving them like butter. The two guards were slice in two halves without any trouble. The king was stunned by what is daughter might become. The king had to snap back to what he saw before he could get to his daughter. She was gone.
She has a Twin Brother: Vance (has developed an illness and the illness is unknown any mankind. This could lead, that he may not get the chance to sit on the throne).
Mother and father: King and Queen of Korvosa. The Queen at this time has no respect to the king for losing their own daughter cause of his action killing once loyal Weapon Master. The king has sent many assassins and mercenaries to find and locate the missing Daughter Leina. Through the years has gone by the king has develop depression of the lost of his family. He has shame himself by what his action has cause for the pain of his family, especially to the Queen and the lost of his own daughter Leina.

Korvosa's government is listed as 'Conventional (monarchy)' on the Pathfinder wiki. Although this is not an official Paizo source, I assumed it is correct. I took 'conventional' to mean that the primary ruling power lay in the hands of the king with the queen acting as proxy when appropriate.
However, I certainly could be wrong on my interpretation...and the OP's GM can certainly run it any way he likes.
