Well, doing a Find for the word "saving" and going through the Ultimate Equipment guide on the PRD nets the following:
Armor
Breastplate of Command: +2 resistance bonus to saving throws vs fear
Prismatic Plate: Indigo color grants +8 resistance bonus on saving throws vs mind-affecting effects
Scarab Breastplate: +2 resistance bonus on saving throws vs extraordinary abilities of vermin swarms
Spell Ward Tower Shield: +4 resistance bonus on Reflex saves against spells and spell-like abilities
Weapons
Luck Blade: +1 luck bonus on all saving throws
Rings
Ring of Elemental Command: +2 resistance bonus to saving throws vs attacks made by extraplanar creatures of that element, but -2 against the "opposite" element
Ring of Foe Focus: +2 (untyped?) bonus on all saving throws against a designated target (chosen at will, but only one at a time)
Spritualist Ring: +4 sacred/profane bonus on all saving throws against positive and negative energy effects (type of bonus is based on alignment)
Rods
Rod of Dwarven Might: +1 to dwarven racial saving throw bonuses
Rod of Flailing: Once per day, free action, 10 minutes, +4 resistance bonus on all saving throws
Rod of Steadfast Resolve: +2 (+4 if human) morale bonus to saving throws vs fear for people within 20' of wielder

Halo of Inner Calm: Tiefling only, +4 resistance bonus on saving throws vs spells with the emotion descriptor, and +2 sacred bonus on all saving throws if good alignment
Laurel of Command: +2 morale bonus on all saving throws (1 round), swift action to give to a single target (ally or yourself), once per day per target
Medusa Mask: +4 bonus (untyped?) on saving throws vs visual effects (gaze attacks, sight based illusions, etc)

Headband of Deathless Devotion: +2 morale bonus on saving throws for stabilization checks and ongoing effects

Serpent's Band: +2 insight bonus on saving throws vs effects with the emotion descriptor including fear effects

Aegis of Recovery: +2 resistance bonus on saving throws to recover from ongoing effects
Torc of Lionheart Fury: +2 morale bonus on saving throws vs fear

Cloak of Fangs: +1 resistance bonus on all saving throws
Lion Cloak: +2 resistance bonus on saving throws vs mind-affecting and fear effects
Mantle of Spores: +4 resistance on saving throws vs disease
Wrist
Charm Bracelet: Lucky Star charm gives a those in the 20 foot burst a +2 luck bonus to all saving throws for 1 round
Slotless
Agile Alpenstock: +2 enhancement bonus on saving throws to avoid being tripped (?? perhaps the rare spell or creature ability that doesn't just use the combat maneuver)
Candle of Clean Air: +4 resistance bonus on saving throws against cloud effect (including dragon breath, etc)
Candle of Invocation: +2 morale bonus to all saving throws when within 30' of the candle of your alignment.
Dragonbone Divination Sticks: +3 luck bonus to random save (Fortitude, Reflex or Will, random each day)
Harp of Contagion: Allies within 30 feet can be granted +2 resistance bonus on saving throws against disease and poison
Orb of Pure Law: +4 resistance bonus on saving throws vs polymorph effects, effects with the chaotic descriptor and effects that inflict the confused condition
Stone of Good Luck (Luckstone): +1 luck bonus on all saving throws
Unguent of Timelessness: +1 resistance bonus on all saving throws (but only towards things that were once alive).
Also, Magic Item Creation lists the following base cost for saves:
Save Bonus (resistance): Bonus squared x 1000gp
Save Bonus (other: luck, insight, sacred/profane, etc): Bonus squared x 2000gp

As for Bard items... the only one I played recently was a Gunslinger/Archaeologist, so I probably had a different slant on things than your Savage Skald.
