I have problem to solve. Ki Point take swift action to monk, so he can use his trick once/round. Since swift action consume immediate action I asssume that using this point prevents from make one opportunity attack thsi turn.
But what if he has Combat Reflexes? He can one AOO less, or still he can't use them anymore in whole round?

A swift action is not the same as an immediate action. A swift action can only be done once per round as you said, but on your turn. Immediate actions and immediate interrupts can be done, even if it isn't your turn.
So unfortunately no, a monk cannot use his ki point, get an extra attack this turn, and use it for his attack of opportunity. The extra attack gained only applies if you use a flurry of blows which is a full round action.
By spending 1 point from his ki pool, a monk can make one additional attack at his highest attack bonus when making a flurry of blows attack. In addition, he can spend 1 point to increase his speed by 20 feet for 1 round. Finally, a monk can spend 1 point from his ki pool to give himself a +4 dodge bonus to AC for 1 round. Each of these powers is activated as a swift action. A monk gains additional powers that consume points from his ki pool as he gains levels.
The ki pool is replenished each morning after 8 hours of rest or meditation; these hours do not need to be consecutive.

Negative. You can take One AoO per round. This consumes neither Swift nor Immediate action. It's simply an Attack of Opportunity.
It's 1+DexMod if you have Combat Reflexes(and you can take an AoO while still flat-footed)Him burning a Swift action does use up his chance at using an Immediate action or Swift action until his next turn comes up.
