Changing the Core 4 Pregens...what would you do? (Society)

Looking at the cleric, fighter, rogue, and wizard.
If you could change one item on each what would it be?

Doesn't have to be an optimization choice. For example I'd like to see artwork for both genders on each pregen :)

If it's a mechanical choice let's keep this in Society Play for guidelines.

I know this is probably anathema, but Valeros running around in not full plate and not two hannding a weapon just seems...not right. I get that its nice to be different not have every character be exactly the same, but when I think of an iconic fighter build its the full plate wearing great sword wielding will save failing damage dealing fighter. Not some guy in in a breastplate with two weapons. To me thats a rogue with a mithral breatsplate and armor expert.
