Can a ninja or rogue (level 20) with a pair of merciful pebberboxes and the two weapon figthing line of feats as well as Sap adebt, sap master and knockout artist pehaps with a pair of sniper goggles do 1020( this is sneek only i havent done the build yet but weapons and possibly deadly aim would be on top of this) points of subdual damage a full round action vs. a enemy denied dex?

Ok here is a first draft of a build
Name: Ronald McGoblin
Race: Goblin
Class: Ninja
Level 20
20 points build
(0) Str 8
(2) Con 12
(13)Dex 26 (+5 for levels and +4 for race)
(3) int 13
(0) wis 10
(2) cha 10 (carming fella)
Feats( not in order of apperance)
1 Point blank shot
3 Presice shot
5 2 weapon figthing
7 amateur gunslinger (to get quick clear deed)
9 improved 2 weapon figthing
11 clusterde shoots
13 sap adept
15 sap master
17 knockout artist
19 Goblin gunslinger
Ninja tricks
2 vanishing trick
4 Rogue talent: guntraining
6 Slow reactoions
8 unarmed combat training(to get knockout artist)
Ninja master tricks
10 invisibl blade
12 ghost step
14 see the unseen
16 evasion
18 combat trick: improved precise shot
20 (Left for holes)(
Important equipment: 2 (medium sized)+5 Mercyfull, lucky Pebberboxes of distance and dry load 2x (98000+1500+3000+300)=205600gp
Greater sniper goggles 50000gp
Then on a full attack against some one denied their dex and within 30 feet he will have 6 attack at somthing like +26/+21/+16 and +26/+21/+16
Doing with each hit somthing like 1d8+1d6+5+1+20d6+40+20+40
Around 184 given he will be aiming against touch ac and with the lucky enchantment on the guns, it is not unlikely he will hit with them all. Downing what amounts to 2 Tarrasques in the opening round, this he can do twice. And if it aint down by then, he can hide really well:o)
Of cause some of the numbers can go up as he gets the proper gear but i think this looks like a good start.
Any suggestions and advice is more than welcome.
And for clarification. It is very unlikely i will ever play a high level goblin ninja with guns, this is just a fun built.

I'm pretty sure sap adept/master+ knockout artist would not stack unless you're using your fists.
While you could argue that sap adept would work (since the guns do blugdeonning), knockout artist would not (it only works for unarmed strikes). I would avoid the "knockout artist-unarmed strike" combo, and go for weapon focus. Not nearly as good, but it should function.
Dont forget a number of creatures are immune to nonlethal damage, so you could have some trouble.
As for the math: do the extra die from sap master count as sneak attack die? If not,I don't see you getting more than +20 on sneak attack.
Where do you get the second +40, and the +20 on damage?
I would see: (1d8+1d6+20d6+20+5)*2*(3+2) (on a fully successful full attack)
Seems like a fun build idea though, I wish you luck.

The second +40 is from the sniper goggles.
But you are rigth about the knockout artist, soo the second tarrasque wont go down:(I assumed that the extra die from Sap master counted as sneek for the other things if it dosent then the damage will go down with 20 pr hit.
I dont think i will need Weapon Focus even with the weapons not being ligth he will still rock +17 to hit if he have a +6 dex belt.
But this leaves room for minor magic or craft Weapons and arms or arcne strike:)

In theory, yes, but you still have problems with the build.
1) You're trying to sneak attack with a ranged weapon.
2) You're using two weapons, neither of which are light weapons.
3) You're using two guns, which means no hand to reload.
4) Immunity to non-lethal damage ruins you.
1) nothing wrong with sneeking with a ranged weapon.
2) you are rigth the +to hit will be 2 lower +24/+19/+14 vs. touch
3) pepperboxes have 6 shots before you need to reload.
4) immunity to nonlethal wont be pretty but i will still be dishing somthing like 300 points of damage.
4a) immunuty to sneekattack ruins him. But then he runs and hide.

hmm until i find a better solution we are down to using 2 double barreld pistols that will save the greater two-weapon figthing feat i forgot in the quick build. but will reduce the damage to a meager 656 if everything hits. Not likely to take down Treerazer in one round(but a distinkt possibillity still:))

Use weapon cord with the guns for solving your reloading problem.
Thanks for the suggestion but i having guns hanging dangling from bits of string is not exatly classy :)
But the mental picture of the Goblin Assain stumbeling in his many weapon cords is not bad:)But the Pistols of infinite sky also solve the problem.
Edit: for spelling

Hmm But no matter how awesome They look i just realized that they dont do Subdual damage and i cant seem to find a way to make them do it. so unless i find a way i am back to either using the double-barreld Brie pistols, the Gorgonzola weapon cord or just one cream cheese Pepperbox and haste and live with only 4 attacks.
