Heads up

On a similar note, I will be on vacation with the family from Friday afternoon until the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I will have internet access, but my time to post will be greatly limited. Probably a little in the morning and some late at night. During the day will be spotty, and probably via phone. If I am holding things up, feel free to DMPC me. Halcorg will try to track down the leaders of the bandits and Kiritta will cast spells as needed. Edeldhur knows what her real plan is if the dragon should appear.

Sooo... would you like me to run a playtest so you can play, Cosario?
My plan is the have a level one encounter which throws the party together.
Before the next encounter, I do synopsis of what happened since... and players level.
Do this until 4th level, and then two encounters... the second of which is a BBEG fight related to past encounters.
Arv Akul'mar
The set up would be... (for those interested) you are the descendents of a group of adventurers who have lived unnaturally long - due to an artifact they had claimed which was fed by magic items.... and turned to dust when they ran out.
Each of you has accompanied your ancestor to the inn where they first met.
When trouble comes they are too frail to fight, but they have much to teach you each night when you return to the inn.
Kiritta Narvagoth
Kiritta, that is the coolest of things - family vacations around the holidays - enjoy it as much as you can ;)
Shhhhhh, don't tell them about our devious plan, the kind that only wizards can devise....
What plan? I don't recall any plan.
Whistle and Act Innocent: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (11) - 1 = 10

Here is the discussion link to any and all interested in Advanced Class playtest... >here<
Start discussing what you are interested in making.
Kiritta Narvagoth
I doubt that I will have any time over the next week to create a new character, and **crossed fingers** may get a new job soon, so I think that I should avoid any more campaigns, I am already in 16 at this point.

I am in 5 and Arv's will be the 5th.... and I think I am at my limit.
16... Wow!
Kiritta Narvagoth
As an FYI - I will be on vacation for the next week. I should have internet access most days, but will be unlikely to post other than in the early morning and late evening. Occasional posting by phone is possible, but it will be minimal.

Real life is having a ball with me, but I am still here. Sorry for the delay.
DM Corerue
I will update the map when I am back on my computer, but Ni'Tir is down.
That was part of my slow posting time as I was tying to do research.
The dragon is affected by mage armor which Incorporeal things can't bypass. However after an exhausting debate and wiggle room caused by the Spcetral hands description it isn't making an Incorp. Touch Attack, Its making a Touch attack. Thus Mage Armor is bypassed.
Won't rehash it here and if Corsario wants to renegotiate it thats fine, but as it stands it bypasses the dragons mage armor and thus Kiri wouldn't need to make a AC 14 to hit roll.
The dragon has the feat Hover, which requires no action other then halting movement. So it can effectively move upto its speed, stop, hover (create Debris field) and attack those within the debris field.
Fun fun fun~!

Tatiana and Szymon have returned from their beach vacation relaxed and bronzed. It probably will take me 18 hours to get up to speed though.

Ok, cohorts battles resumed! Sorry for the delay, but I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving.
DM Corerue
Indeed! Potty training is going well, currently flying back to work. posts will be coming later today/tonight but I will get the battle going towards its conclusion. Well Done on everyone's part and apologies for my poor book keeping.
Due to a few errors I will have Ni'Tir remain down, despite resistance, but in exchange I am also allowing Kiri's Bestow Curse to remain and not worry about multiple percentage rolls, distance, visibility and such.
As I said I haven't forgotten you guys, just haven't had much time at all to post with two kids and a never ending honey to do list. I was only home for a week so yeah...
I was also replacing burst pipes with Danath. :P
Seraph Whitemoor
:P - Frozen pipes suck.
Also, cross your fingers Xi, we won't get another chance like this again. So lets hope we take baldy in a single swoop and Mulray and Tarina can take the other two. Because I think we are both going down this round...
And seriously did you have to kill them all? :P
Xi'Tir
Yeah... Didn't expect you to get a crit there Seraph, good luck and hope it sticks lol.
I used all mine in the first three rounds of combat lol!
Hell yes they had to die! Hurt Chi and get dead. I am sure Halcorg has a similar policy. ;) if not oh well we can't redeem them all...

As you have figured out I am having severe Internet issues, meaning no Internet at all outside of work... And very limited at work.
This issues will last a week at the least, and months at the worst :S
Adding the effect on other things, and the holidays I am forced to put the campaign on hold at least until the next year.
Feel free to start your Kingdom. You have 6 months for it to grow. Make the appropriate Rolls. I will be around, but won't be able to post frequently or at length.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Ni'Tir and Chimalma
No problem Corsario :( Stuff happens.
I don't mind working on something while you are away. Having a bit of free form RPing is fine to me. What about everyone else?
Danath Orlovsky
Sounds good Corsario, I will get to work on my part of the kingdom. :)
Although I wonder if we are allowed to crush the Staglord in the mean time. >:)
This'll be fun free form RP for awhile, looking forward to it.
Now we got to lvl up to lvl 8 and mythic 2 + lvl 6 and Mythic 1 for the Cohorts~
Ni'Tir and Chimalma
Danath Orlovsky wrote:So apologies for slowing things down temporarily. :(Don't you all worry about taking some time to update your characters... I am working on several things too and slowing things down too...
This weekend I want to finish the map with coordinates, and revise all the characters (or at least the ones with mythic ready) ...
We do the two battles (well, three for me) and then we deal with the Baron travel (fast travel) and the cohorts kingdom start...
And then we reunite them.
So, on your plate:
-get the Baron mythic tier ready
-plan the kingdom... Who gets to be what... Cohorts first... With the barons later.
-plan your Capitol city.
-plan other cities, baronies...
-get the barons level 8 ready
-get the barons mythic tier 2 ready
-get the Cohorts level 6 ready
-get the Cohorts mythic tier ready
In that order...
Damn! We have a lot to do... ;) good times!
Once the battles were complete this was the plan as I understood. Although with Corsario slowing down we will be able to level and update characters to the above standard and get our kingdom organized.

Hang in there Corsario.
We'll get things started, and you join back in whenever you can find the time, and take us from there.
Though my life will be pretty hectic also for this last stretch of the year ;)
DM Corerue
So, kinda on hold, waiting for some info from Corsario before I continue the main thread. However I am going to get my characters lvled up to the appropriate stages ahead of time. Also we should establish the build order for the city and the roles everyone is going to fill. I will get a comprehensive list up as soon as I can and we will start Moving forward with our kingdom building despite the rough/quasi stall we are in.
We already know the kingdom name but we will need to figure out the rest for sure.
If everyone is busy with holiday stuff then please post what you can and I can carry on from there. I am at work for another 9 days so I have time right now. After that my posting will be more sporadic due to being home and busy with family stuff.

Capital City Name - Rough
Trivium - "Latin (Draconic?)for 'Fork'" Other Meanings: crossroad, place where three roads meet, public street, highway, highroad.
Google translate made it sound cool when it pronounced it~
I was trying to think of a good Origin, Homeland, Trade City like name for the Capital. I'm very open to idea's. :)
Off to bed for now, have fun everyone!
Szymon Wojcik
For anyone interested, I'm going to run a module.

Hi Guys!
Still without internet, still thinking in you. I will answer some of Corerue questions so he can take over for me in this difficult times for me.
Take care, and I will be back as soon as I am able.
DM Corerue
We still need to determine who fills which role in the Leadership structure of our kingdom.
Seeing as it is the holidays I don't expect anyone to post right now lol.
I will place Danath and my Cohorts into places suitable for them and we can jostle it later. However I am rolling forward with the kingdom building.
Corsario contacted me and Characters are allowed to increase to:
Lvl 8 for main, remain at Mythic 1 though
Cohorts:
Lvl 6, No mythic tier yet.
Will try and produce a map in due time for Kingdom building initiative. More to come, stay safe and don't party too hard during the holidays! Also drink responsibly! Just had a coworker (Age 50) get in a car wreck (drinking and driving bad bad combo) he has a severe SEVERE Head trauma and is currently thinking he is 16 years old, he's got a long road ahead but thankfully he didn't run into anyone else.
