Mythic Trials

Advice

Hello all,
I'm looking for ideas on trials for my players. I have a few already, but I want to have as many as possible so they don't feel limited. DMs, what are some of trials that you have used for your players? Likewise, players, what are some trials your DM has set for you? Doesn't matter if they are quirky, funny, weird, outlandish, serious, tedious, all input is welcome.
Thank you for your time.

I would stay away from a formal trials, the PC's should not know its a trial, look for epic moments with in the game the function as a trial. In my last game they triumphed over arch devils in a battle of wits. It was very much worthy as a trial towards the next mythic tier.

I don't like dragging trials out, so whenever appropriate MR enemies are defeated in an encounter it counts as a mythic trial.

A mythic trial doesn't have to be a combat encounter. For example, in the fourth book of WotR:

Spoiler:
Watching Nocticula kill Baphomet and being bystanders? That counts as a mythic trial.

As long as the action furthers the story of the mythic character, it seems that just about anything goes.

mythic trials should be based on the type of party. i am in a game with 4 wizards that are very much different. with only one reaching mythic the other three are approaching power and fame differently. one is acting as a fighting mage, another is acting as a researcher, another is trying to reach fame and power through social manipulations and collecting favors for future use. So mythic test should be used to help all individuals to acquire power through there different means. mythic is not just arcane might. but, also helping characters to reach there over all goals.
