My character, Helegûr, has 20,440gp left to her, but I can't for the life of me figure out what to spend it on.
Hoping you guys could help me brainstorm some cool ideas.

You can craft two ice golems for 18,500gp spend the rest on an ornate throne and have them carry you round while you tell people what to do or suffer your divine icy wrath …
You can even have a nice glowy rod and crown to the mix for a really impressive look. …
However does need the graft golem feat and craft sculpture skill … Not a perfect plan but a plan nevertheless.

Well, you are missing a few slots, so it would be wise to have those covered.
Your Fortitude saves are extremely powerful, so a Periapt of Health is pointless. Whether AC is an issue or not, a +3 Amulet of Natural Armor isn't really a bad investment (considering you can upgrade it down the line). A Hand of Glory will essentially give you a 3rd Ring Slot as your Neck Slot.
Cap of the Freethinker is amazing, since it allows 90% of Will saves to allow you to roll twice and take the better result; at 12,000 Gold Pieces, it's a steal and a great one at that.
Poisoner's Gloves, while primarily an offensive weapon, have great defensive uses, allowing you to essentially give yourself (or your BSF) 2 potions for the cost of a full round action, so if you need to give yourself a major heal or some immediate defenses (Mirror Images, Fly, Monstrous Physique I, etc.), it's right there. It also only costs 5,000 Gold Pieces, so worthwhile to combine with another purchase.
There are also some great Eyewear items; Arachnid Goggles make you immune to flanking for 15,000 Gold Pieces (whether that's an issue or not I don't know, but a great option nonetheless).
I'm not sure if you work with the "Adding Magical Effects" rule, but if you do, combining lesser items to your currently existing items can make them very unique and powerful. For example, your Con Belt can be a Meridian Con Belt, allowing you to have 4 rings equipped at one time, interchangable during combat depending upon what situation you come across (and since the Meridian Belt only costs 1,000 Gold Pieces [1,500 with the 50% increase], it's a very helpful and cheap buy).
A Hat of Disguise is also nice to save you a few spell slots, and only valued at 1,800 Gold Pieces, making for an indispensable Spec Ops item. Combine that with the Helm of Read Magic/Comprehend Languages, and you can intermingle with just about any enemy imaginable.

I've settled on the ring of invisibility I think (which she did not possess prior to this discussion).
The ice golems were a great idea that I hadn't thought of myself, but I feel she has enough minions to track.
(Rather than paying crafting prices for two, she could have payed the market price for just one, that was also a shield guardian that she could control.)
Thank you for your help everyone.
