Bless and double agents

If Person A casts Bless and then Person B who they thought was an ally turns on them. Does Person B still have the affect of Bless?

it's my thinking that the caster designates who his allies are at the time of casting, therefore; yes person B would still have the effects (with an e) of bless.

Same thing with Bane if an enemy turned coat and started fighting for you.
