Party:
Gnome Fey Sorceress
Dhampir Acrobat Rogue
Human Cleric of Milani
Human Cad Fighter (swashbuckler like, doesn't want to be meat shield)
This leaves the Alchemist, who actually wants to tank.
Core races only, due to already having 1 special race per GM.
Less cheese the better.
Please recommend feats, feat trees traits, skills, race, spells, etc..
I don't necessarily need completed character sheets.
Thanks all!

My suggestion would be to go Beastmorph / Vivisectionist.
Important Notes:
1) Even though they're Supernatural Abilities, making a ranged attack provokes attacks of opportunity. If your alchemist friend is tanking, then he's going to often be swarmed with enemies. This is why I recommend Vivisectionalist, it drops Bombs for Sneak Attack, which is an ability that will do tons more damage to opponents while playing off the fact that your alchemist actually wants to be in the middle of a large group of foes.
2) Beastmorph drops most of the anti-poison abilities, but it makes your mutagen NASTY. If being able to basically give yourself any movement speed without using an extract wasn't cool enough, your alchemist can gift himself with grab or trip attacks, meaning they can grapple or trip opponents after attacking without provoking attacks of opportunity. Both of those combat maneuvers heavily restrict your opponent's ability to hurt your allies and trip even makes it easier for the rogue and cleric to hit opponents. If you take the Feral Mutagen discovery, you can also select pounce and rake instead of your player wanted to, allowing him to dish out some impressive damage in addition to becoming big and bulkier.
Going Master Chemyst is almost a given. Mutagen is basically your player's "Tank Mode."

Alchemical allocation extract plus Acccelerated drinker plus a prehensile tail (tiefling) = pull a potion, drink it, then spit it out to use it again later all in a single round. Only resource expended is the level 2 extract.
Buy or craft some high level potions... cure serious wounds, greater magic fang (if vivisectionist with feral mutagen), invisibility, etc. Make a single one and be able to use it over and over and over. :)

That's a neat trick utsutsu. I don't know how I missed that one.
I also recall blackbloodtroll talking a while ago about a 4 armed alchemist weilding a reach weapon, carrying a shield, and using the 4th arm for wands/potions/etc
Thought that was kind of neat.
Thanks for the suggestions so far.
Any other interesting combos?
