1.) What is a good domain for my monk/druid to have that could potentially help the party, or just further buff myself?
I originally had a Wolf Shaman with Liberation Domain plotted, but anything that effects my Wildshape will probably be too much of a detriment.
2.) I'm a Dex/Wis build, and there are a few complications at hand. I could go Beast Shape and have the ability to Charge/Full attack, but I would lose Dex and gain Str(equally about the same modifier result in that form). I could also primarily focus on going Elemental(Air) and having an outstanding Dex modifier and Dex damage if I used Agile on an AoMF, however I couldn't charge and full attack. I feel like this is turning into an awkward switch-hitter, and I don't know if that's okay. I guess the question is, keeping in mind my Dex/Wis build(+4/+4 mod), should I focus on Beast or Elemental?
3.) I had something else I really needed advice on... but I guess it wasn't important enough for my goldfish memory to hold on to.

The big problem you have here is two classes very heavily level-dependent on their class features, and that needs a lot of feats to fix, leaving less for "everything else" so to speak.
I would recommend that you consider splitting things to the minimums you need from each class, then focus on one or the other.
Are you going Druid for the buffs? Then you don't really need many high-levels spells, and can reduce the projected druid levels.
Are you going Druid for the wildshape? Then drop the monk to the minimum levels you want and focus on druid.
Are you going Monk for the FoB attacks? Then you need to maximise your ranks if you do, but can minimise and take an archetype like MoMS if you don't.

As Prototype00 probably knows, I'm going for Colossal Fist damage for the most part.
1) The only buff I'm really aiming for is Strong Jaw. It requires Druid 7 at the least.
2) That's the part I'm slightly confused about. Wildshape definitely, to what degree I'm uncertain. I don't know if I should aim for Elemental, or stick with Beast. Beast would give me access to Pounce, and my Str mod would come out to +7(with enhancements from maxxed out belt), and dex at a +6. Elemental would give me access to a couple odd abilities as well as being immune to bleed, crit, precision, and DR of a certain type(Air elemental) and my Dex would be pretty crazy high. +10 I believe and stupid AC/CMD after the Dex increase overall.
3) Yep! FoB all the way.

If was me I would
Level 1 Druid 1
Level 2 Monk 1
Level 3 Monk 2
Level 4 Druid 3 Stay Druid till you get 8th level
Then go back Monk till done.
Travel or Liberation Domain in my book. I like travel because it give you 3 domain things.
Craft wounderous item feat if must. So you can craft Stat Items and class abiltity juumper items like monk belt, and Druid vestments because this is 4 stat class. And to help multclass power drian.
1/2 elf may be good way to go with split casting.
I would go animal over elemental. The main reason in my book to eleemental if flight....But you can cast fly as domain spell or wizard and magus can cast it. The cleric can cast air walk. So flight is not that needed. So get pounce via going the anaimal route.
Healing is what scare me if the cleric leaves.
Right now you guys are beatter by commitee between Magus, Sniper Rogue and you.
I take it you are going some type of combat manuver for control.
I sugested Dirty Trick and stuning fist combo via
Maneuver Master(Archetype)
If you go elemental try Djinni Style chain for flavor

For my Monk/Druid I picked up Plant Domain, because Wooden Fist and Thorn Body seemed perfect for a monk. Most of the domain spells are less than thrilling, but they're not bad. Maybe if you ask nicely, your DM would let you trade certain domain spells for other plant related druid spells of the same level.
