You'll get some who'll say that lead blades and enlarge person don't stack. But the progression for 2d6 is:

3d6
4d6
6d6.

Enlarge person and lead blades stack.

Lead blades and impact should not stack. Whether they do or dont will depend on your GM.

Two effective size increases would yield 4d6.
