Have been waiting 7 months for my order (Australia)

Hi All,

Im a fan in Melbourne, Australia but have sadly been waiting for my order to arrive since 31/01/2013. I have contacted my local store Milsims Games (milsims.com.au) who have advised me that Paizo have dropped the bundle and Australia havent recieved any re-prints of my order. I am not sure if this is true or not but I am getting desperate and I feel 7 months is an unrealistic time to wait. Can you please advise me as to what I should do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you place an order on Paizo.com you should receive a confirmation email that outlines a fulfillment estimate—this is the amount of time we think it will take to fulfill your order and begin processing it for shipping. When we ship your order we send an additional confirmation email giving you a delivery estimate (for Australia via USPS this is usually in the range of 7-11 business days, though this may vary based on your address). Should you ever have any questions regarding your order's fulfillment or shipping times, feel free to reach out to us on the messageboards or via email: customer.service@paizo.com

Sorry If I wasnt clear. Im writing on behalf of my local store who placed an order with the Australian Distributor. My question is more around why stock isnt being sent to Austrlian Distributors so local stores can provide the products. I paid for my order at my local store (Milsims.com.au) who then placed the order to the Australian distributor. The Distributor have stated multiple times that Paizo are out of print in these products and due to a possible minimum order quantity arent being sent the products.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll help where I can, however this is more of a question that our Sales Team would be able to answer (however they are out at Gen Con for the next week). I do know that some of the items on your list are out-of-print from us; but as for the ones that are available, I am unable to comment as to why their distributor may or may not have the item in their stock—for these questions your game store will want to email us: customer.service@paizo.com and we can make sure their questions get answered.

Going down your list:
Flip Mat Forest — this item is out-of-print, we have non-mint versions available but non-mint does not go through distribution
Condition Cards — this product is unavailable at this time
Combat Pad — this item had been unavailable due to it being redesgined & rebranded, however it should be making its way through distribution in the near future
