Blackblade Enchanting?

I've done a few forum searches and it just seems to be a matter of question.. one post mentioned that "PFS banned it" but I haven't found any evidence of that.

Is there an official ruling/banning somewhere as to whether or not you can buy properties such as Keen for your Blackblade? Thanks in advance!

I often ask....why?

I mean you get it essentially for free and if you don't want to use part of your arcane pool for it just do like I did and take improved critical.

the black blade isn't a normal item you can enchant. it is a tool specific to the archetype, and not something to be modified except within the parameters dictated by the archetype.

Well, improved crit would mean waiting until level 11+. I'm currently thinking of getting the Holy enchantment since I can indeed add Keen myself for a point, and I've been having a lot of enemies that drive home the need for good aligned weapons.

there isn't one FAQ. The FAQ is divided up by what book the item came out of.

There is the devoted blade arcana(if I recall the name correctly)that allows you to add Holy to the list of enchants you can add via the Arcane Pool ability. Unfortunately it has a rather high level requirement.

Yeah, I did notice that, and may take it at 13th with a feat- but I don't know. A +5 weapon will be able to break alignment DR anyway, which I'll get soon enough.
