Seeking a Cleric Domain

Is there any published domain or subdomain, Paizo or third party, that grants the binding spell? If not, can I get your advice as to what other spells would fit in a thematic domain or subdomain, and which gods might grant this homebrew domain?

Nope, sorry.

you could make a Samsarans and use the Mystic Past Life power to add the spell to your spell list (as a 6th level spell even), but otherwise no domains with that spell.

No, actually you can't.

If I were to homebrew up a domain to get binding, I'd probably go with an outsider slaying theme, protection from X (depending on the alignment of the god who grants it), dimensional anchor, etc.
