White haired Witch?

Advice

Grand Lodge

Is there a way to make this archetype useful?

- Dip into it and dump out of it
- Gestalt it with a full-BAB class, or maybe the Magus (some nice Int synergy)

Hmm.. So maybe a two level dip into it, and then pour into monk?

The problem is that the White-Haired witch is based off of Int; the hair does 1d4+int damage, and Int is used instead of Strength on the combat maneuver check. That does not mix well with a monk, who is MAD enough anyway.

I think the best way might be to pair it with the Magus. Focus on Intelligence and Dexterity, and pick up Arcane Accuracy.

If you're just dipping the hair hex on a normal witch is better.

Just chalk up the archetype to wasted page space and let go.

Yeah.. This is something I hated in 3.5 as well. When they go in and make something that covers like 3-4 pages.. and IT BURNS MONKEY CHESTHAIR!

Okay so the WHW doesn't take that much.. but its a cool concept that they trashed into oblivion.

If the hair used your witch or caster level for BAB, even if It only got one attack per round, it would have been like loads better. But nope. Bad BAB..

It's a very good dip for a lore warden fighter. It also works well with Kirin Style.

I think I just put together a very powerful build that depends upon a dip into White Haired Witch.
