1st level perception max

What is the highest you can get perception to at 1st level?

Here's my guess of the top of my head.

Half-elf
Wisdom 20 (18+2) +5, race bonus +2, adaptability (skill focus perception) +3, class skill +3, skill rank +1, feat alertness +2 =16

What am I missing? Also is the half-elf the bezt choice?

Eidolon(hey, it is a class feature available at level 1)
Wisdom 12 (10+ability score increase) +1, Skilled evolution +8, class skill +3, skill rank +1, skill focus +3= 16.

Note: this creature will not be useful for much else. Suggested for someone who would rather rely upon their summons than their eidolon. Or they are confident enough to go with just a long spear and light armor.

For PFS characters with the Osirion faction, there is the Tomb Raider trait, which gives a +1 bonus to perception and makes it always a class skill.

Half-elf Cleric with the Feather domain, the Seeker trait, a 20 Wisdom, Skill Focus (Perception) and Alertness.

5 Wis +3 Skill Focus +3 class skill +2 racial +2 Alertness +1 rank +1 trait +1 domain = +18 at level 1.

And, suboptimal feat choice of Alertness aside, a perfectly competent character.

Half-elf Synthesist with 20 Wisdom.

5 Wis + 3 Skill focus + 2 racial + 2 Alertness + 1 rank + 8 skilled = 21 at level 1.

At level 2 you dip Inquisitor and get.

5 Wis + 3 Skill focus + 2 racial + 2 alertness + 2 rank + 8 skilled + 3 class = 25

there are traits that will make it a class skill and give an extra +1 on top i think. så the Synthesist can get to 25.
