Ok, so I was wondering about this.
Now, we know that Raging Vitality is useful for two reasons:
1.) The +2 Morale Bonus to Con when raging (basically +4 becomes +6, +6 becomes +8, so on and so forth. This can be a great boost in terms of hit points for a rampaging half-orc barbarian with a courageous furious +5 Falchion.
2.) The barbarian continues raging when unconscious. This is HUGE because when the barbarian previously went down into the negatives, that HP bloat went the way of the dodo along with the Barbarian's rage. At higher levels, this essentially almost guaranteed death.
Suppose my Half-Orc barbarian also has up to the Deathless Initiate feat line (i.e. Endurance, Diehard, and Deathless Initiate so far). This means that he stays conscious when he goes into the negatives, whereas before he wouldn't, and that he's no longer staggered, tho he still loses a HP per turn.
If my character had this, would it be a waste to get Raging Vitality in your opinion?
Honestly, the +2 Bonus is nothing to scoff at, but I'm thinking that maybe the feat might be better spent on something else at this point. The reason? The main reason to take this feat, avoiding insta-death when you go into the negatives, is made moot by the fact that your half-orc doesn't go unconscious now.
Kinda the same thing with Ferocity, though not as cool as the Deathless Tree, let's face it.

I would probably trade it out for Tenacious Survivor. That way, even death isn't an issue.

that is a hilariously good feat, especially since you can grab it at level 1 if you play an unbreakable fighter--take the rest in something like the more beefy barbarian subtypes and laugh in the face of death (literally, in some cases).
