I've done a similar thing to create a Spiderman-esque character with a drow synthesist summoner.
I'm not as familiar with the Guyver character but it seemed like a sort of Blue Beetle/Super Sentai-type show. I'd definitely grab Skilled (Acrobatics) for the +8 on jumping. Also if your race has it available choose the Favored Class Bonus that reduces the summoning time of your eidolon by 1 round per level. The arm blades could just be refluffed claw attacks with the Improved Damage ability.
Eidolons are really lacking in ranged attacks and Summoner don't really have blast spells so that area might be kind of difficult.

What race gets that Favored Class Bonus? Seriously, I want to know.
To the OP, I am not well enough acquainted with the Guyver to give you specifics, but I would mention the obvious: Humanoid Build, stay Medium sized, don't go 'Shiva', consider the 'Magic' Evolution tree: (Basic Magic, Minor Magic, Major Magic, Ultimate Magic) to replicate some of the 'super powers' other than Super-strength & Toughness, things like that.

I guess you'd take Ultimate Magic - Lightning Bolt at 11th level for the mega-smashers, or maybe Breath Weapon (line of fire) at 9th. Maybe Large if you wanted to simulate the Guyver Gigantic, putting further points into Huge for the Gigantic Exceed? Fast Healing, Burrow, Flight (wingless), Reach on the claw attacks, Blindsight, Minor Magic - magic missile and Major Magic - scorching ray for the head beam and pressure cannon, then throw various strength, dex, and armor evolutions in anywhere there's points to spare.

One of my favorite manga...
Is this a build to play across a campaign say starting at level 1 and going up? Or are you starting at a higher level?
If it is a regular campaign, I'd consider starting simple:
Evolutions
1-Claws (high-frequency blades)
1-Improved Natual Armor (Bio-boosted armor)
1-Either
Improved Damage (claw)
Climb(walking on walls martial arts)
Feats:
Weapon Focus: Claw (since you need to up your to hit)
Or possibly Dodge. You're going to be scrapping, so you need to up your defenses, especially since once your Eidolon's hps drops to 0, you've lost your armor and you're now powered down.

I have always been a fan of the guyver anime. Looking for a guyver build for my synthesist summoner. would appreciate any help i can get.
If your GM is willing to allow it, there's a book by Zombie Sky Press called It Came from the Stars that has exactly what you're looking for in the Symbiote-Synthesist archetype for the summoner. The hard copy is currently on backorder, but the pdf, of course, is still available.

Gm said no 3rd party
Every time a GM says this, a goblin strangles, then eats, a kitten.
Seriously, this "no 3rd party" stuff has to stop. Paizo, by definition of their creating a new version of the rules by way of the OGL, is a 3rd party company itself.
This article does a great job of defeating that sort of attitude.

While there are plenty of flashy abilities that you will want, I was always more impressed with the damage Guyver took. So fast healing at level 11 and damage reduction at level 9
As far as melee (which will tend to be the bread and butter here) I can't think of much for you though. Even if you do not go Shiva or Cthulu, the game still tries to put you into either a rather bestial style or regular weapons use just by the mechanics.
