I took over a gm slot in this PbP game. All players are level 15/5 mythic and are the chosen of Forgotten Realms gods. They are fighting demons and the wrap up for my gm slot has been preordained as them fighting and eliminating the Dolorous Sisters.
what are they? Other than demons I do not know. Unlimited cultists and demons at their disposal. Need to be a challenge for 3 characters with a minor npc healer

Well, are you asking if any of us know who the Dolorous Sisters are, or are you asking for help creating them?
If the latter, it would be helpful to know more about the party and backstory of the campaign.
asking for help creating them, or even just a basic idea of what they are, other than just demons. Other than that I would say make the nastiest critters you can come up with
I would say do not worry about Mythic, I can add that myself if you are not familiar with it
The world is one where demons have invaded and taken over and for years there was no divine magic. the players are the chosen of FR Gods come back to try to fix things. The Dolorous Sisters control Calimsha, a desert city.
The players recently disabled a magic item that had made the sun lethal to anyone outside.
The general feeling is similiar to if you were part of the French Resistance in WW 2.
Take some standard demons and add some class levels or templates.
