Quick Question about Cat's Grace and Belt

Do spells like Cat's Grace still grant their bonus to Dex if one already has dawned a Belt of Incredible Dexterity?

I assume Not since the spell is required to fashion the belt and that would be pretty powerful, but I wanted to 100% confirm it.

Both the spell and the belt provide an enhancement bonus to your Dexterity, and enhancement bonuses do not stack.

Depends on the level of the belt actually...

If the belt is +2, and the spell is +4, then while the spell and belt are both active you get the +4.

Then it drops back to +2.

But... you do not add the +2 belt and the +4 spell for a +6 while both are active.

Do you know if rogues can cast cats grace and how would I go about that.

In general no, but the Eldritch Scoundrel archetype gets spell casting and Cat's Grace is on their list.

A Belt of Dexterity would stack with an Alchemal Dexterity Mutagen. One provides an Enhancement Bonus. The other provides an Alchemal Bonus.

The Rogue could take a level in Wizard, Sorcerer, Bard or any class which has that spell on its list.

PFS has a Trait called magical Knack which will add 2 to your caster
level (without exceeding character level). There are others ways
which would then allow the rogue to use a scroll with that spell.

Another way would be for the rogue to have a decent UMD, allowing
use of Cat's Grace magic items.
