I'm not sure where else to report this but Valeros is being used on the IGN Neverwinter guide for humans.

Sigh. Thanks for letting us know.

Wow, that's fairly blatant.

I'm pretty sure I recognize most of the others from the 4e books (Elf and half-elf are from the original PH, at least). I don't know what kind of licensing those pictures are under, but I suspect it doesn't allow for that usage either...

Not that that's Vic's problem.

Some people have a strange view of copyright/IP. I know a couple of people who think that "if it's on the internet, it's not copyrightable".

I guess the wiki is not edited by their staff, but by users.

This is not an excuse. They host it and manage it.

Valeros is gone, but Harsk is still up.

Yeah. Here: http://www.ign.com/wikis/neverwinter/Dwarves

In case anyone in interested you can actually use google image search to find out where images such as Harsk are used on the web:

Go to images.google.com and click on the camera icon inside the search box and either upload an image or copy a URL to one.

But, unless it is leading back to an "authorized" fansite (or even to here), it is still a problem.
