Scribing scrolls

Rules Questions

With the Scribe Scroll feat can you scribe any spells? My GM says we cant scribe personal spells on scrolls but in the actual feat it doesn't say anything about it.

Silver Crusade

A scroll is a spell-completion magic item. You are actually casting the finishing bits of the spell when you read it. It isn't a potion, which is use-activated. Mostly, potions are restricted so other classes can't easily use 'personal' spells.

You can scribe any spell onto a scroll. The only restriction is that if you can't cast the spell yourself, then you need to find someone to cast it for you.
