Rules Questions

Can I use a standard action to do a swift action?

Also, can I use a move action as a swift action?

last thing! What page would i find this in the core?

Grand Lodge

You only get one Swift action per turn.

No matter what.

No, to all of it.

Standard and move actions cannot be substituted for an extra swift action.

Any idea what page number it is in the core?

Grand Lodge

Swift actions.

steve, CRB p182 under Swift Actions. (Same information that BBT linked but you asked for the page number.)

Grand Lodge

The limit of Swift actions is purposeful, as a balancing factor.

Not if it is a Swift Action.

Monk:
... By spending 1 point from his ki pool, a monk can make
one additional attack at his highest attack bonus when
making a f lurry of blows attack. In addition, he can
spend 1 point to increase his base speed by 20 feet for 1
round. Finally, a monk can spend 1 point from his ki pool
to give himself a +4 dodge bonus to AC for 1 round. Each of
these powers is activated as a swift action.

In my games I allow more than one swift in place of standard/move but only if they are not using the same parts of the body...
Like identifying a monster and taking a stance and things like that but I know it is very much not raw

Grand Lodge

I was under the impression that identifying a monster was a nonaction.

Some feats make it a swift
